He missed out the best part about the paralympics joke - he wrote it at headley court, the military rehab facility. The first people he told it to, were a room full of squaddies with limbs blown off in Iraq & Afghanistan and they fucking loved it!
Well of course they did, cause it fucken funny.
If anyone knows humour, it's those that look death right in the face. 😜

After a year of seeing Jimmy on various podcasts talking about his cancellation (among other topics), I finally heard the joke.
And I was buffled (clearly, I share this kind of dark humor). All along, thought it was some political joke that people got insulted…

Apparently he told it first to people who were in rehab after being over there... So people who lost limbs.. And they all laughed. *headley court military rehab facility* is where he made it

He is unbelievable at improv with a live audience participating. I saw him in a serious interview & he had a excellent comand of history & a wonderful moral world view.
Check out Matt rife, he's brilliant at crowd work, probably the best, Jimmy is great though.

I have watched Jimmy in his TV Programs, but his sense of humor is being held back by them , he is a truly bloody hilarious comedian, watching him above i couldn't stop laughing.

I think it's because there was some confusion on whether she was a "classical artist" or a "make up artist" and if he were replying to "classical artist" (the last thing I heard her say) it didn't make sense.
In my multimedia degree 20 years ago I devised a technology where people at an event could post messages to a screen.
