I made these yesterday, but I substituted butterscotch chips for the white chocolate (as I'm not a white chocolate fan). I have to say Ohhhh Myyyyy Gawd! SO delicious! I used a small cookie scoop and this recipe made 2 1/2 dozen cookies. Thank you so very much ~ what a hit! I WILL be making these again :) Happy Holiday's John!!

One of my fave old recipes is an “angel cookie” with white choc & dried apricots. Haven’t made for yrs, probably cream cheese also. I like how the apricots balance the sweetness. These look fab of course. Might try with salted nuts...

Loooove the recipe!! I would suggest anyone like me (who prefer things less sweet) to cut down the sugar to around 100g~110g. Since there's the white chocolate that increases the sweetness, I found it even tastier putting less sugar :)

And thank you so much for reminding me to cut down on sugar!!! My taste buds changed, now I find foods too sweet! I prefer less sugar, but sometimes I think have to go strictly by the book and that is not the case! I will definitely use less sugar! :)
@@veronicat6776 from memory, I think I used unsalted macadamias and also unsalted butter - adding salt later :) I struggle with sugar amount too! I want to follow the measurements provided but I often cut down the sugar level by 20 or 30%

I made your peanut butter cookies and they were HANDS DOWN the BEST cookie I have ever tasted in my LIFE! And I was SO impressed! These one, while good, have a strange, thick texture. Not sure what I did wrong.
Yum. I love white choc macadamia cookies. The only thing Australia has a supermarket named Coles. Coles bake them fresh and sell them very cheap. So its actually cheaper to buy the Coles ones than make them yourself.

Which one is the more updated or your preferred way of doing? because sometimes in the recipe you add the butter right away while in the video you add it after the dry ingredients or something like that.
