Although you will see stores such as "Pagani Design Official Store" etc, this isn't the factory selling the watches. None of the resellers fill in the warranty cards. Just purchased the white dial version with black bezel & st/st bracelet. Lovely watch, but noticing that skeletonised hands don't show up against the white dial in certain lights. Omega hands are black rather than chromed as on the Pagani - apparently with good reason.
Excellent review John, I'm glad that Pagani Design left the Wart off the Seamaster Case. I also like that they have used a Seiko NH35 movement. The dial looks very appealing as well. Overall - a solid watch for an excellent price. Regards, Steven
Thank you for watching Steven. Glad you enjoyed it. Agreed, it looks better without the helium escape valve they used on the PD-1679M (Planet Ocean homage). Regards.

It's a very good looking watch, but for that price you should expect anti reflective coating and a better rotating bezel and lume. Pagani Design watches were great value for money when they charged 50 to 80 pounds for their models but now I am not so sure. If you're willing to pay up to 150/200 pounds for a homage watch you should go for a San Martin, Cronos, Heimdallr or even Steeldive.
Thank you for watching Jimmy. Agreed, with the price increases there should also be improvements to specifications, and Quality Control. The PD-1661, and PD-1664 are still excellent quality/value at their respective prices which haven't increased. However the other models have increased in price without increasing in quality. Regards.
I have this watch with the bracelet and the bezel is as good as any of my better watches...no back play...precise...easy to turn but not too easy...clear détentes...Either they have improved the bezel or you just got a bad one. These watches punch WAY above their price range.
@@AdamLunn08 Just pull the strap away from the metal pin and pull the strap through. Line up the pin with one of the holes on the strap and push the strap onto it. Try it for size. Fiddle with the sizing until you are happy with it.
In my opinion, the only downside is the lack of 200-meter water resistance, considering its hefty price tag (nearly 16500 Indian rupees as of September 2024).
The Casio Duro is 200 metres water resistant; and only 45 USD on amazon.com currently. Therefore 200 metres specification is possible at the 100 USD price point. Regards, #WR4K
I wish you got this on the bracelet I really do! You can now buy a full Seamaster 300m homage bracelet with very similar thick links and the amazing ratcheting clasp for about 85GBP off ali express or ebay. The standard homage bracelet from pagani does not have the on-the-ffly clasp that I really think this model needs. Neither does the Phylida one that I reviewed recently, but Pagani make better branding and watches than Phylida imho. If the better bracelet fits this model (and I think they do) it will be a big winner. I cant wait to pick it up. Personally panda is not for me though, I just prefer other colours. Interesting how the domed crystal extends so much from the bezel! that will account for over 0.5mm of thickness it seems! Also, all AR coating has a life span and I can truly see why Rolex and others do NOT as standard apply it to watches, even under side will eventually come off. The PD1667 has a bulky bracelet, but they are now doing the Omega 300m style bracelet which is far far comfier and actually feels like a rolex jubilee, so I think you should pick it up and try it! Good review.
