Thanks for the support! Hiyori sounds solid as you could just swap her in and replace Bege. You’d be a little more susceptible to losing some games as Bege trigger couldn’t bail you out. But maybe the added utility of putting good triggers in life might be worth it. I’ll definitely have to try her out!
Have you played with this list much into Saka and RP Law? Playing a similar build those were two of the matchups I was most concerned about and I’m curious if you have any insight into them.
I have pretty good experience into Saka and it’s a pretty terrible matchup. 30-70. Basically if they see what they need to see and can remove every big body you play you lose. BUT if they ever go a turn without removing the large character you just played and you follow it up with another one they are screwed because there’s usually no way to remove 2 bodies over 8 cost in one turn. As for RP Law I’m not gonna say much on it because I don’t have a ton of experience.
This deck looks really fun to play! Such a shame that its quite expensive to make with the Bon Clay and Kata - any suggestions on who I can swap out for the Kata at least?

I’d be lying if I said removing it wouldn’t be a downgrade, but it isn’t as vital as the other large bodies as we only run 2. They’re great to have in certain matchups, but I don’t necessarily think the deck would be too much worse without them. You could probably just add in 1 more Yamato and 1 more Big Mom and be good 👍

No, it goes to trash. If you read Luffy leader it says “per the rules, cards that would go to HAND go to the bottom of the deck instead”. So if a card from life were to go to trash it still will. Only taking cards from life to hand would need to be bottom decked.
When it come to the leader affect if cards were to go to hand it would go to the bottom of the deck but with the character luffy it says to trash a life so since it’s not going to hand in the first place it’ll just go straight to the trash
Never played it to be honest, but I doubt it would be too hard in EB. You can match them body for body while also having better defensive options like Okama Way. Croc doesn’t need to rush to end the game, so you can just play your own game and wait until Enel goes low on cards in hand to finish it out with your strong board.

The wording says that the type needs to include "Baroque Works" which means one type of the card has to be "Baroque Works" and that only. This is completely incorrect. When a card says it searchers for a type “including” something, it can search anything with a type that includes the words it searches for. This is exactly the same as 1 cost searcher Izou who can searcher any card with “Whitebeard Pirates” in its type. This means you can search out all of the cards with the type “Whitebeard Pirates Allies”. This has been known since OP03. I don’t know what “judge” said you couldn’t search Mr. 2, but they are completely wrong and shouldn’t be spreading misinformation lmao.

Seems interesting! Only thing I’d say is you need 7 DON to remove something which sometimes is a little too late.
