Can't you check resistance readings of pins to be more certain of which pins to tape over?

no need to check sir because we need to find all ckv and swapping voltage in the level shifter ic. to stop the problem of this panel

@@geotech_official can you explain more. What is swapping voltage in level shifter ? I know that level shifter changes 3.3 to 5v. But which signals on the chip and what do you do with them?
