    Thank you so much for presenting the software. I was able to reveal a faulty RAM Stick which could be responsable for most of recent bluescreens I got. In best case scenario reject the one stick was the whole solution which windows couldn't show up with his own diagnostic tools.

      @@EasyPcRepairs You maybe can't image but this was actually the root of all system issues I was suffering from in the last few months. The solution was that one of my RAM modules was damaged, but that alone hasn't lead to boot issues, which would be typically for RAM failures as a friend of mine said. So I operated the checkup with the software after reject one and that show me what the main problem was. After using my system without the module there appeared no more random bluescreens anymore. So the problem was absolutely hardware based, which had to be clear for me after the clean install of my system didn't solve the issue.

    My laptop found over 2800 errors within 7 minutes. The issue itself isnt that bad - HOWEVER when i play demanding games it tends to crash every 20-30 minutes plus getting blue screens from time to time (Usually once to three times a day spread over 8h). So after a couple of weeks in this situation I started testing all kind of memory related hardware. Its definately not the grahics card and hard drive - so I am going to replace my ram (could be the motherboard itself as there might be a faulty slot..but the chances are very low.)

    Why can't i like the video twice?
    I keep running the windows useless memory diagnostic tools and it says no issues found. But i am almost certain it is because of all the bsod i have been getting. Different code each time but most common issue between the error code was faulty hardware.

    Ve ry precise guide. I've a question. Memtest run for about 10 min, after a message showed up:
    "FAIL Test has aborted due to too many errors"
    Is the memory ram irremediably damaged?

    • @EasyPcRepairs
      @EasyPcRepairs  2 года назад

      If errors showed during the test (e.g. Errors = 25) then yes, your memory is damaged and needs replacing.

    My PC keeps making a beeping noise when I run games and I don't know how to fix it :(

    I'm experiencing something weird. I just built myself a 2700X + Gigabyte B450M Aorus Elite + Teamgroup dual channel (2x8) DDR4-3600. Placed the DIMMs in slots 2 and 4. Memtest86 fails at 3200MT/s and above using XMP timings. Switched the DIMMs to slots 1 and 3, got even more errors at 3200. Switched back to slots 2 and 4 and now Memtest86 passes 3200 twice already. Ok why is it suddenly running well now?? 3600 is still failing but I think it's because of the memory controller and not the DIMMs.

    • @EasyPcRepairs
      @EasyPcRepairs  3 года назад

      A motherboard BIOS update can sometimes permanently fix problems like that. After a motherboard update, you might find that it will then run smoothly at 3600.
      Anyway, you asked why Memtest86 failed at 3200, then passed twice. If the memory is good, it will pass the Memtest86 check every time. But if the memory is bad, or if there's another problem (for example, a motherboard BIOS update is needed, or the memory hasn't been installed firmly into their slots), it will fail the test sometimes or always. Hope that helps.

      @@EasyPcRepairs the thing is though, when I placed the DIMMs on the other slots and back again, the tests pass everytime at 3200 already. Before that, it would always fail at 3200. Same timings, same voltage. I'm also using the latest BIOS even before I reinserted the DIMMs.

    • @EasyPcRepairs
      @EasyPcRepairs  3 года назад

      It sounds like the DIMMs were installed properly the last time you installed them, and maybe they were not quite all the way in the first time. It could also be that you dislodged some dust that was blocking one of the memory's connectors the first time around.

      @@EasyPcRepairs is it possible to safely abort the test midway after it starts? 🤔 How?

      Yes, you can safely exit the test at any time by pressing the 'Escape' key on your keyboard.
