Mine did 90 km/h approx with the variator plug removed and the exhaust plugged, re-welded and painted, looked totally stock but better acceleration due to the exhaust and top speed due to the variator being able to fully gear up
Mine goes waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay past the 80 kmh/ 50 mph speedo mark, with it being 10000000% procent stock. But someone during the 18 years it's existed has cut my exaust and removed the plug, and I have a smooth roller axle for my variator inside it.
but they weigh a lot so there slow stock they definitely need big bor kit,intake ,carburetor,filter, ,exhaust, clutch. .....then it will do at least 50/55 mph and to spend $500 or so on performance mods on a cheap scooter such as the kymco isn't worth it my 2008 adly thunderbike 50 only weighs (169lbs) and did 55 mph when it was stock and now it has a 72cc big bore kit with 28mm flatslide race carburetor and pod filter race cdi and Vince Leo tt expansion chamber exhaust and does about 75 mph

If it's a 50cc Kymco 2 stroke, it's all the same Honda clone, also used by Gillera and Aprillia.

idk what ur talking about man but my super 9 was bone stock and it did 50 easy.
