I will also help you lower your score by chipping better by stopping you duff and thin chips, pitch the ball closer and also create backspin. Also I will provide you help to putt better and hole more putts!
On this channel I also make fun and entertaining golf content based on crazy and sometimes “gimmicky” golf clubs. I like to cut through the marketing hype about products and I like to give you the honest truth about golf equipment.

My son, a golfer with a 4 handicap, and a passion for golfs comes from a long line of golfers. His grandfather was an armature who played Pro Am Tournaments with friends PGA Pro
Doug Ford (PGA Championship & Masters Championship) and Jerry Barber (PGA Championship) and his uncle, Tom Sullivan Played on the Nike Tour in the day... I never got the golf bug
so, I'm a real hackier but enjoy a day out with my son.
My son, Ian just graduated from college with a business degree and just got his first fulltime job with PING America (Arizona) building clubs. He is a Mizuno Iron guy but now that's he's
building PING Clubs and testing clubs he is in love with the Blueprint S Irons. He wanted to start at the bottom with PING in manufacturing so he will know the product so he can sell the
product and is loving what he is seeing from the manufacturing level. As they (PING) guide his progress, He will move into customer service then PINGS fitting department, learning each
department at PING. As Ian says he has to learn everything about PING Products to promote/sell PING Products.
When my son Ian was 8 years of age, he first golf instructor was a European Pro sponsored by PING & personal friend of Karsten Solheim (PING Founder) In Phoenix Arizona. At the age
of 16, Ian got his first custom fitting for new clubs at PING Phoenix, and now he's working for PING. Talk about full circle.
He swears by the new PING Blueprint S Irons and he's scores seem to prove his commitment to them.

Love the reviews Rick. i actually really love the comparisson videos with older models vs newer models. I think it really helps people realize the value of second hand clubs

Nice clubs but Srixon ZX7 is the best of that class by far. 50% of PGA pros that are not under equipment contracts play ZX7 or ZX7 MK2. That should tell you everything you need to know

These reviews are good for those like me who have no idea about the tech spec , eg spin ect. Feel , look and price and expected distance are most of what I understand
Short and sweet, I love it! I spy a Kirkland driver, some Mizuno drivers/woods, and the BRNR mini driver in the bags along the wall. Can't wait for those reviews!

I would have loved to see the descent angle on those shots because it looked like the 7 iron and p wedge were dropping straight down out of the sky which is nice!

Quickest iron review ever done one might say
Quick review for PING irons is expected to me. I mean, it's PING. Amazing irons no question. But doesn't create hype like other brands.... doesn't take away from the fact the folks over at PING know what they're doing. Also, if ya'll need to ask about the price, you can't afford em lol.
Enjoyed the review, keep it up, it looked to me like you hit them very well.
Love the extra content…would love a little extra time for a few points…are these irons good for shape ability? Are these a better players irons or would they suit a mid handicapper? Despite the conservative lofts, they play a little long? Prone to that sweetspot 10-15 yard extra shots? I always love your content and have followed from the beginning…I love the club reviews but adding which clubs these compete with and adding comparison videos are always appreciated to make us better consumers. i’ve had these for a few weeks, and here’s what i’ve seen. very consistent off the face, rarely jumps, unlike my zx7’s. a mid handicapper could squeeze these in for short irons, and are plenty workable. sweet spot is maybe a 3-5 extra jump from what i’ve seen. very minimal. far and away best irons of the year

All irons are too expensive. Companies know rich people with more money than sense will pay anything, so they make themselves enormous margins.
Golf club prices have gone crazy the last 3/4 years, idiots are still buying them though, so it's not stopping.
You clearly don't understand the law of supply and demand.
Hey Rick you should use these in a break 75 or 9 holes. These could be a contender for the bag? Love the content Rick and always enjoy the honest/ trustworthy reviews. Can’t wait for the future of content Rick.
I don't know why golf has become so popular all of a sudden most of my mates never touched it and same goes for me, but we just decided to play it randomly one day and have been addicted and watching your vids rick just keeps that urge to keep playing and to get better.

Just got fit for these. Beat out the T100s, P770s, Mizuno 243s, absolutely give them a hit when you get iron fit. I dare say they look even thinner at address than my 716 AP2s but won’t spin off into the stratosphere like the AP2s and T100s do for me 🤷♂️

I hope that with the Blueprint S now here, the i240 can go back to being more like the i210. The i210 was an iron anyone could play and the i230 moved more towards the tour look, especially with the smaller mid and long irons.
Rick, in the past, when you reviewed the Hogan PTX Pro’s, you loved them. What’s it going to take for you to review the Hogan Tour Pro’s?! Best looking club on the market imo…and I bet they feel even better than they look!
The older Blueprints with no tuning port looked phenomenal and could still be tuned without issue im not sold on bringing the cutout back.
How was the offset on the long irons?
These are definitely the best feeling ping irons ever, so solid yet soft
Try the sf1 anti slice driver
Nice irons, a lot of guys on tour use them,,, some diehard S55 players switched to these so that's a statement in itself. Guys like Matt Fitzpatrick for example.
Makes me wonder even more how Ping will improve on this a few years from now...
Quick question. I am probably one of the best golfers out there and regularly shoot just under 100 for 18 holes. I like the look a lot of blade irons but I am told they aren’t suited well for my skill level. Is this true? Is because of the smaller profile leading to less confidence because if that is the case that doesn’t bother me? What is the best blade like iron (look wise) that still offers forgiveness and would be suited for 24 handicap?
Rick, which would you choose (price aside) Blueprint S or Wilson Staff CB?
I tried all the CB irons, was really hoping to love the Wilson’s, but I ended up with the ping blueprint S, really soft off the face and just everything I was looking for

Ping are on a roll at present the i230 is a cracking club these if were out when I got the i230 id of had them feel great
£1300 is ludicrous. Prices are getting out of control. Bought a callaway epic speed 3 wood from golfbidder last week for less than half what it cost brand new. Dont see me buying brand new again for a long time

The new Blueprint/S irons are FAR AND AWAY the best feeling Ping irons I've ever tried. They seem to have finally figured out forged irons.
Best iron ping have made in a while. Many tour players put them straight in the bag.

Would love to see an i230 review
I hit these the other day. They're gorgeous but they did not feel like a forged club like a Mizuno or the Wilson Staff. Still had a clickiness. But they look amazing and had really good distance for a mostly traditional lofted iron. Slightly disappointed on the feel though.

Worth getting in 4-5 years used for 1/4 the price and with more Ping irons to test, you missed the opportunity to compare them all in one informative video

Rick, why do you think you hit it so straight and pure for most part in the simulator and then you have a tendency towards a draw etc on the course?

They are nice irons but when you have T100s sitting cheaper….i’d go with titleist and I did.

Got these bad boys in 3-5 iron and then got 6 to pw in the i525 and then Glides 4.0 wedges. The 3 iron i have in graphie shaft and its a fu**ing missile launcher

They are beautiful. With all the layers of management and sponsorships, ping margins have to be that high.
