  • If you’re feeling flighty and anxious, or depleted and lethargic, this practice is for you! Together, we move through a balanced and energetic sequence to calm turbulent waters within. Start standing, to deepen the breath, then explore rhythmic movement to dissolve heaviness and reclaim our center. Ground your energy in a few standing postures, such as warrior 3 and lunge twist. Utkatasana, or fierce pose, naturally brings us down to smooth our energy in bridge pose and pigeon on our backs. It only takes a small amount of time and mindful breaths to settle back into a calm, yet powerful state of being. I hope you enjoy this practice!
