KEEP 1 MORE SEASON: Robbo, Endo, Gakpo, Salah
Keep everyone else for as long as possible, with a few clarifications:
-You can't turn down 150M for Salah. You also can't let Salah walk instead of cashing in for 105 with 12 months remaining. He's already 32, he is on the decline (not a very quick decline but still) and his performances in the second half of the season wouldn't even justify a 150M price tag. With 150 you can sign literally anyone bar Haaland and Mbappe (and homegrown players like Foden or Saka at other clubs).
-I've been saying Jones needs a loan for a while, he is a level above the likes of Clark and Mcconnell at the moment but a level below Harvey.
-I'm deffo on team Diaz between him and Gakpo. Gakpo's versatility is the main reason I kept him, but Diaz has scored some big goals this season and I see him as a winger both in a 4-3-3 and in a 4-2-3-1. Where does Gakpo play in a 4-2-3-1? I certainly wouldn't start him anywhere.
-Why are we even considering keeping van den Berg as a backup RB? Just buy a first team RB, don't be cheap. I'd rather Gomez RB than Sepp, just like I'd rather Gomez LB than Tsimikas, even though Tsimi suits the role a bit better.
As for signings, I'm gonna limit myself to three.
-RB: Frimpong. We need to go all out for him. He's creative, he's explosive, he's Dutch, and his recovery pace is such that I don't even worry about the fact that he doesn't play in a back 4 at Leverkusen.
-DM: Bruno G from Newcastle.
-ST: Osimhen (this would require selling Nunez and maybe even one of Diaz and Gakpo)
