- Directed by Xavier Ramirez. Documentary on Michael 'Boogaloo Shrimp' Chambers aka Turbo from Breakin and Breakin 2:Electric Boogaloo. Boogaloo Shrimp catapulted the careers of Michael Jackson and Paula Abdul, to name a few, and has been a huge contributor in shaping the dance world as we know it today.
funny thing is that I actually saw the string the first time I watched it lol still one of the best dance scenes to have ever been performed on a movie :)

I went to elementary school with this cat and his older brother at Wilmington Park Elementary in Wlimington,CA 90744...We all lived in Ghost Town ...East Wilmington...Thanks for sharing ONE LOVE!!!

Actually you could film Breakin' 3 with a story, that Turbo and Ozone, each get a student, and trains them, to be even better then them. that would be cool.

I dont think Mr wiggles was better than shrimp in the 90s the only reason why people may think Mr wiggles was better was because he had alot more footage out than shrimp, Shrimp literally has one video out from the 90s which is 97 to be exact when he turned 30 and that is the osaka performance and judging from his poppin skills from tht i think he would beat mr wiggles but if only there was more footage of him poppin in the 90s

How can you talk like your opinion is fact man........in my opinion you are tottally wrong Boogaloo Shrimp back in the 80s technically would have beaten Mr wiggles, I have seen alot of clips of Mr wiggles in the early 80s around the same time Shrimp was around and mr wiggles was good but technique wise he was not on par with Shrimp....Shrimps ticking waving and other techniques......him and poppin taco were about perfection whilst Mr wiggles etc had loads of moves but were very sloppy!

Ok let me say this Micheal jackson said 4 kids taught him how to dance , and do the backslide , one was jeffery daniels from shalamar , cooly jackson from solid gold , bruno pop n taco falcon , and micheal boogaloo shrimp chambers !!!! I know this because i was Micheal Boogaloo Shrimps Guardian and best friend , all shrimp wants is his credit , thats very important on a resume , Boogaloo shrimp is a part of strreet dance history , hes a legend , we had know idea this was going to happen shrimp just loved to dance , and boogaloo shrimps backside which everybody calls the moonwalk is amazing , boogaloo shrimp did a mcdonalds commerical and he moonwalk all across the street it was amazing , but what u need to see is his float !!!! Cooley jackson and jeffrey danials also taught micheal jackson how to backslide , also bruno pop n taco falco taught micheal jackson how to cobra and he taught micheal jackson how to hit hard , look at i thick it is the video scream were he does the cobra and hits hard , he also wore long curly hair a little like pop n tacos look , bruno pop n taco was on tour with micheal jackson for years , now i gave everybody a bit of history , the new generation of dancers need to study the HISTORY , OF I CALL IT STREET DANCING , THATS Popping , LOCKING , BREAKIN , AND PUNKING
My bad correction , the dance styles which i call street dancing are popping locking breaking , and wacking
