Very inspiring and at the same time educational video of a talented group that paved the ways for many generations of pop dancers past and present. I watch this video and i could see where other modern dancers got their inspiration from.
@@user-hornyforadventure lol wow!! 14 years ago!! Yes I actually own a dance studio now where I teach popping and host popping sessions for a little popping community!
@animefreak2709 The one is the white [Popin' Pete] was doing the Twist-O'-Flex. That man [Jazzy J] in the ecru [off-creamy brown] was doing the Walk Out. The man is the blue [Mr. Wiggles] was doing Popping while the guy in the black and red [Suga Pop] was doing Boog Style.
@animefreak2709 And Mr. Wiggles knows Cobra, Snaking and Waving, along with Ticking, Strobing, Rocking, Threading and B-boying while being the Originator of the Wiggle Walk, Slinky, Cross Leg and Broken Leg. Pete just knows Waving, but he's the Originator of Crazy Legs Style named after RSC's own Crazy Legs.
The Electric Boogaloos actually showed those moves in order to prove to everybody that the Funk Styles were created to make fun of Praise Dancers. And to top it off, the E.B.'s are very spiritual when it comes to making fun of scraecrows, puppets, celebrities, cartoons, people and technology.
I know it's 7 years late but just in case, it's called out its the last track on Dj Quik's album under tha influence. The song will be called oh well/ out just skip to the end
well from what i read. boogaloo sam diddnt create popping or boogaloo. he saw BRS dancing in oakland and he spread it. i dont know everything 100% but i still respect Boogaloo Sam. goin to the Electric Boogaloo Camp in February ?
its glenn millers "in the mood" here on youtube: watch?v=ZJE-onnw2gM . but its somehow remixed here, so i dont know the exact name nor even if this version was released.
I don't know why I have the idea to put on background the song of The sacrifice - Headhunterz and it was really awesome because it really fits on the performance and i was like OMG :O hahaha great moves btw!
as far as i saw wiggles was dancing to the rock music and he stayed on beat like a mofo even stayed with the guitar riffs...and why are you talking about oakland boogaloo im pretty sure the boogaloo's version of boogaloo has nothing to do with oakland unless im wrong correct me.
hey these guys are the creators of this genre man it can't get any better than this.
What joy it is still to see and recognise that the James Brown step is srill growing. step by step and move by groove!
Jazzy J is just awesome...
