Thank you for posting this. I've tried to watch others on here but couldn't follow them. You make everything clear and you don't waffle on about nothing at the beginning.
My goodness I finally got it. You described everything perfectly and the visuals were absolutely wonderful. When you turned your work around I immediately jumped up and grabbed some yarn and went for it. Thank you so much for sharing! :)
Thankyou so much .I remembered I had knit a cardigan in Raspberry stitch in Raspberry coloured wool 37 years ago. Your easy to the understand tutorial has inspired me to pick up knitting needles again.💖🇬🇧
TY! I started knitting English style then switched to continental then switched to combined continental and appreciate seeing the English first in demos. I appreciate your time and efforts. ((:
Very well explained. Thank you. I used to knit this stitch when I was young and had forgotten. Thank you for bringing it back to me. I love this stitch.
Thank you for your channel. Your tutorials are so clear and easy to follow. My aunt showed me a basic cast on and a knit and purl. I took that basic knowledge and hit RUclips to practice and expand my knowledge. Your channel has been my teacher as I’ve learned to knit. Thank you so much!
Hats of to you ma'am.so far the best in coaching beginners.way of explaining & in such a beautiful voice ,it makes even difficult patterns so simple to follow and do.thanks a ton ma'am.looking forward to more patterns from you.
Thanks for your easy to watch video! I have an aran blanket pattern I got posted from UK and was confused about knitting stitches in same stitch until I saw your video. It's made me try this lovely blanket pattern out with this and fishermans net stitches. THANKYOU!! 💐🦋🧶🦋
So clearly explained. I am just starting out and found your video to be so helpful. It is also wonderful to find a knitting video for beginners presented by someone from the UK. Really enjoyed and have subscribed. Thank you!
Jacks'n Staffs Hello and happy New Year to my fellow Knitter from the UK! I always hope that beginners new to knitting benefit from my videos so it’s really nice to hear from you ♥️ ♥️ ♥️
Thank you so much for this tutorial. I am trying to finish an afghan that I started about 5 yrs ago. Its made of several patterned blocks and one of the blocks was this trinity stitch. I couldn't for the life of me remember how to make it, lol.... I'm rolling now!! Great tutorial!
I started to do my knitting again after 3 decades since my last, and now am more of like a beginner. Since i lost my fave pattern long ago, i have been checking arnd and i came across a few and then asked my 8yr son to choose which one is the best pattern (coz am planning to make one for a neighbor’s daughter, they are moving in 2 months time), so yes, my choose this and said this is very lovely!! So wish me luck hope i can follow u and make a nice one (planning to use this to make a blanket)
I have a scarf and beanie hat tutorial waiting for when you have finished the blanket🧶♥️🧶 I made a blanket for my daughter in this stitch. It was beautiful. Good luck!
Many thanks, good to know you are going to give this a try. I hope I have made it easy to follow....you'll have to let me know after you've finished the cable edged scarf!
Hello! What do I do if I end up with extra stitches? I'm a beginner so maybe this stitch is a little too advanced for me, but it's OH so beautiful! Please advise.
Brilliant tutorial, I’m a complete beginner and managed to do this stitch with your simple tutorial and dictation. I love this stitch and am going to have a go at the gloves and hat. I’ve also subscribed to your channel. ❤️
Fantastic tutorial! This is such a cool stitch and it's so easy too. I'm so excited about being able to knit something besides garter, ribbed and stockinette. I'm currently working on your Beginner's Lace Scarf, which I adore. Thank you for all of your hard work and for sharing your knowledge with us! 😁
Heather Lyons - that is so great to hear! Please send me pictures of all your hard work if you get time (as I would love to try tweeting pictures of what knitters have actually made to try and inspire others).

W😮W, i thought the trinity stitch was the bobble stitch on both sides for the pocket i heard bobble stich has, but i'm a novice knitter. I think it'll be good for a blanket. It'll be like a beaded seat cousin that'll keep you warm.
WAIT! So after completing row 4 I should go back and start at row 1 correct? I'm New to knitting so I'm learning new things as I go. thanks! beautiful pattern BTW
C STOUT - yes, keep repeating rows 1 to 4 to form the pattern. Grab the free written instructions to this video guide WEBSITE: thecastingoncouch.com See the stitch gallery page.
