Yes you should keep anything that has alcohol away from a window… serums, fragrance…. Bourbon ☺️… but normally polishes have a PAO, “period after opening” little jar symbol that represents the amount of months the item will stay in good condition after opening. That number is normally 24 months in polish. But if you keep your polish in a cool dark place it should not go bad. It’s all solvents and polymers… I’ve had some of my nail polish standards with me for decades and they still look good.
