    Work out is hard for me before i am work out I'm loose four kilo before I'm sixty five now I am sixty one work out helps for my body fat hehe

      You can prepare for such workouts by doing each exercise alone and have more rest time.
      Then you decrease rest time gradually.
      Try to do that! Good luck 🙂
