Hace 3 años que hago esta rutina 4 veces x semana junto a otra de calistenia y los resultados son buenos,buena forma,buen peso,sin dolores,bienestar gral, pero cabe aclarar que esto se complementa con alimentacion equilibrada,poco alcohol,pocas grasas,pocas harinas y azúcares...( tengo 61 años)
