Based on the success of the RTX 4060 TI in an OptiPlex video, we are going to test the, even more, power-efficient RTX 4060 in the $359 Amazon PC…is it worth doing? The 4060 Ti actually was very impressive due to its software capabilities in even a 10+ year old office computer. Yes, they’re expensive but in certain use cases they can be quite impressive!

Bottleneck advice: for nvidia cards if you’re bottlenecked by your CPU go into the nvidia control panel turn on DSR- this turns on dynamic super resolution so even if you have a 1080p monitor it’ll let you play in 4K by running in 4K it ignores the bottleneck of the cpu running at 100% and will put a larger load on the GPU end result you will actually get more fps in 4K it’s really cool if you can’t upgrade your cpu but have a higher end gpu for the time being. DSR is amazing you can simply be on a 1080p 144hz monitor and normally a game will not show 4K as an option but DSR manipulates the game into thinking you have a 4K monitor hooked up. On one of my rigs I threw a 4070 asus tuf oc card into a i7 7700k overclocked the cpu and using DSR I get 144-200fps ultra settings on every game even remnant 2, dead island 2, diablo iv, fortnite - and the game doesn’t need to support DLSS TO USE DSR ! This can buy you more usage out of an older cpu/mobo and still have a really good gaming experience. Some games you may need to run high/medium or low instead of ultra settings if there is no dlss compatibility.

I put a 4070 in a Victus 15L. The 500w ps is mor than enough, and the I5 12400 works well with the 4070. The ASUS dual just fits if you stretch the case a little. Hello Toasty Bros I posted this on the last video and I will continue doing so until you respond, love your videos and as someone who is too young probably (11) and needing to save money, I was wondering if for a video you guys could do this Bing AI made pc. The parts are listed below and I hope you can compare with something around the same price range.
Building a gaming PC for $300 can be challenging, but it is possible. Here is a list of components that you can use to build a gaming PC for under $300:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 3 3200G APU
    Motherboard: ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0
    RAM: Patriot Viper 4 8GB DDR4 3000MHz
    Storage: Kingston A400 240GB SSD
    Power Supply: EVGA 500 W1, 80+ WHITE 500W
This build will allow you to play most games on lower settings on a 1080P monitor. The Ryzen 3 3200G APU has decent integrated graphics built into it that can handle most games out there on at least minimum settings1. I hope that helps!
If this gets attention know that I am interested with tech stuff and when I see something I want to work on, I usually spend long amounts of time racking up the money for it.
    Thank You!

The only upsides i can see to the RTX 4060 or recommend to my friends is because:
+ Warranty (for peace of mind, sure the same can be said to some RTX 30 series cards that are still selling out there , NEW❤👍)
+ DLSS 3 (Can come in handy in performance, granted if you have a fast enough CPU to keep up with it 👍)
+ Power Consumption ( based on what i've seen on other youtube channels testing this GPU , it seems to be slightly more power efficient than a RTX 3060 and more comparable to their own RTX 3050
    That being said, it's still:
    - Embarassingly slow than an RTX 3060 😆😅
    - Base RTX 4060 with 8GB VRAM is quickly getting overwhelmed if one plans to play the newest AAA games

that card will not run cyberpunk in 4K with this cpu and even on a new cpu will only run cyberpunk at like 30-40 frames per second. It’s only possible because of DLSS3 and that’s what makes the 40 series cards good. This is a xx60 card it doesn’t compete with a 6800 card more like 6600 or 6700 but with dlss3 and better drivers nvidia is a better choice with a older cpu.
