My only internet connection is my mobile hotspot, so will that work? I don't have a way to get to a T-Mobile store to have them set it up for me. Also, how do I switch my SIM card from my old phone to my new one?

Just bought the phone, everything is transferred from my old phone, but my Sim is not "activate complete" how do I "complete" that setup?
