I use the first one for a full 24h tracking, put it on charge in the morning, take the second one and do the same. So I have 365 days a years of battery life 😂
Oh wow. That's pretty bad after 5 hours. Im usually down to 25% after 16 hours. Before I started turning on sleep mode at night, it would die overnight. Now I wake up with about 10% less battery.

The ticwatch also has a secondary power display where you can even get longer battery life than 54 hours straight. Ticwatch just released a newer one called The ticwatch pro 5 Enduro it came out in 2024. Last year in 2023 they released the ticwatch pro 5 and then in 2021 The ticwatch pro 3 ultra came out and in 2020 the ticwatch pro 3 GPS Any one of those watches are great. I'm done with Samsung watches they don't last long and the battery life is just simply horrible.

I unfortunately stopped using AOD, love the feature but too much battery drain. On an average day (with a 30 min workout), after 15 hours of use, I end the day with 25% to 30% left.

I am new to Samsung watches (received the 7 as a gift) this has been very useful thank you. Am slightly gutted that it has these bits but we have to turn them off to prolong the battery 😔
don't know why samsung cannot improve the battery. I have amazfit gtr4 and samsung watch 7 44mm, the amazfit battery last 14 days compare to samsung watch 7 last 2 days max.
Have a pair of Huawei GT4s and love them, with exception to the missing blood pressure readings - 5 to 7 day battery depending on what you have switched on ... now WHY can't Samsung do that with the 7?

Rubbish product. Mine is going back, luckily in Australia we have good consumer laws regarding items not fit for purpose. Tech requiring you to disable most of it's features is not worth owning 👎
So we're basically using the watch to tell us the time and nothing else if we have to turn all the features off. Hate to say it but I never had to do that with my iWatch and that battery lasted about 36 hours. This Samsung dies after 13 hours and I've only had it 2 weeks. What a waste.

Guys, why do you buy this watch if not using auto brightnes, sensors, gestures, wifi etc, just buy samsung fit 3 and thats it. Its idiotic and no brainer to pay for sensors and features and then turn them off. Wtf
Absolutely agree with you. I get that turning off pinch gesture might save battery, but then... I like that feature aand want to use it. And I want continuos heart monitor... etc

Why would you turn adaptive brightness off? Literally stops your watch running at the same brightness constantly
