The only way to lose weight is to be in a calorie deficit, that’s the only thing that’ll get the weight off…omad helps the process as long as you’re eating under your daily recommended calorific amount and if you’re eating healthy food in well balanced meals.Cramming three Big Macs,a large fries and large milkshake and a McFlurry down your neck in an hour isn’t going to work.🤷♂️😂
I eat whatever I want and have kept the weight off. I eat rice, bologna sandwiches, cookies, canned foods, lots of cheese, bacon and on top of everything I have a spine injury that I cannot do cardio nor lift weights. I fast for 23 hours and eat until I am full in one hour.
It’s different for everyone , I plateaued in terms of weight loss after about 60days on OMAD even though I’ve done it over a year my weight loss stalled .. i also gave up alcohol 200days ago and Lost no additional weight 🤷🏼♂️
Thanks for these tips and for sharing the beautiful nature and your kids
thanks

" Cutting carbs.."
so eat more meat?
Well more protein at least - Meat is usually a rich source of protein , but if meat isn't your thing there are vegan and vegetarian alternatives.
like I said, ,refined carbs, flour or corn starches based foods, and definitely sugar. eat whole foods or single ingredient foods.
