Sorry to hear how disappointed you are... But sometimes disappointment is an indicator that you may be doing something for the wrong reasons. You only live this life once, so don’t waste your time doing something for external validation! And even when you are doing something that you love, know that there'll be times that it will get tough. It’s all part of the journey! Challenges are there to help us grow and make us stronger. So do things that make you smile and don’t be so hard on yourself!
each and every gracie video i watch makes me sad that we don't have any of this jiu jitsu style here in Brasil anymore. Not even in the big cities. Every academy is competition oriented =/
