It's a good thing there's not any higher creature around that likes fresh, live, deep fried homosapien. I can't imagine that 350 degree oil feels too good to swim in. I’m a sushi chef as well as a le cordon bleu trained chef and I’ve killed a many lobsters in my life and let me tell you that there is a humane way of killing them. Just stab the knife through their brain and they no longer move. Some chefs get kick out of seeding them move and 💩
You don’t need to be able cordon bleu trained to know how to properly kill a lobster. My 8 year old catches lobsters and kills them instantly and cooks them.
