Damn Laura Bailey has a voice. I never knew that. And then having Ashley, Troy, Merle, Karhy and Kimberly Brooks. So many amazing voice actors and getting Broadway performers on top of that. The cast for this game was so incredibly well din
I have watched like 3 or 4 playthroughs so far. Each person picked Freddie and you're the first person I've seen succeed with her in the end. Getting to see her scenes was wonderful though hard. Hearing the confessions and seeing the final end was so so so great though. Thank you! I really enjoyed your choices and reasoning throughout! That was also the best Athena end and Persephone end I saw (and the worst Apollo end i saw). Every other person I saw got the same end for Pan and about half got that Medusa end.
If I had a nickel for every time Laura Bailey played a character who fell in love with her best friend, I’d have two nickels. Which isn’t a lot, but it’s weird that it happened twice.
I've watched a half dozen streamers and replays, and you're the first one that didn't choose Kick Ass. THANK YOU! Charming Grace was what I chose first and is an amazing playthrough. 🎉🎉🎉
Spoiler . . . . . . . . . . . Loved that you were able to save Freddie...you got SO CLOSE to F**king it UP!!! So happy you didn't, and it was amazing to see your genuine reactions to it. Also that scene in Act 3 genuinely brought me to tears in the underworld. That, and the Aphrodite ritual hit hardest.
I've NEVER seen the blue option for Aphrodite's party. Holy shit. It never even occured to me that it's a thing! ...It's the weakest of the three routes, I gotta say. Red is the best. Green is super emotional. Blue just had a lot to live up to and falls short. Like the green route for Challenging a Queen.
Since the blue route is often a more cunning path; I agree it doesn't fit in with Aphrodite's story arc. For some, being cunning can have a negative connotation; that a cunning person does things slower and more methodical. Much like how crime lords can be portrayed in movies and shows. That said, the ending of the song said that moving on was "the only way to go". Which in itself are very true words. However, what person on the brink of passing on/self-harm would openly accept that answer and go "let me turn my life around?" I think where this version falls short is that it's "fast-tracking" the slow methodical way of helping someone recover from self-harm tendencies. Granted there's only 3-4 minutes of song to get the point across; it still comes across as being too fast for the cunning response it started out as.
Thanks for playing this! It was fun to see someone pick a similar path to me! spoilers Also lol 5:06:00, I ended up doing exactly that. My first time around, I picked Freddie (but I did have a sort of thing with Persephone which I broke off later), and then the second time I went all in for Persephone and left Freddie in the Underworld. I figured this way is kinder since then Freddie wouldn't have to watch me fall in love with someone else, and now the both of us (Persephone) can try to start anew and try to heal each other. Do recommend trying her route though in general since her romance songs are my fave.
I actually romanced Persephone in my first playthrough and she's got to be my favourite and Apollo is my least favourite (mostly because I don't like boring sad sacks and the other part because it means you don't get to spend as much time with Persephone) Grace and Persephone have just the right level of banter and seriousness and I love watching her warm up more + just enough sad without it being mopey like Apollo and I prefer all her songs
No spoilers, but the ending I got would not be possible if I only chose the green choices lol I picked green BECAUSE I know I loved to play off charisma stats in choice based games. So of COURSE I pick them a lot. I wanted to play that way, and I chose them as they suited me
Freddy ramance doesn't have sense if it was so easy to put eidolon to anyone without dying, then it ruins every logic, huge plot hole and only one here, better not to romance at all and not see this plot hole
Mind elaborating? I thought it was already implied you could pass on eidolons without killing the person? You know, when Apollo’s talking about the past muses? Idk which logic we’re talking about.
Seeing the way Athena didn't think it was possible for Grace to be alive if Freddie was the muse, I'd guess it's not something they can normally do and that it only worked in this specific situation because Freddie was dead
The idols call have just forgotten it was possible. It was already established that they don’t remember everything from their past lives and with each new incarnation they forget more of their older memories.
It does actually make sense because it's the "great sacrifice" that's required to bring someone back from the dead. Grace isn't just "passing on her eidolon" in the traditional sense, she's trading "a life for a life", her life as the muse for the life of her friend, it's clever actually.
God Laura Bailey did such a good job Voice Acting for this game
That slow pan to Grace in the background while Freddie sings at 2:20:11 got me right in the heart! 😭
Grace: "Huh, wonder who that's about?"

Seeing how happy Eros is after the party, makes me cry every damn time 💀
Felicia Day's voice is instantly recognizable. I love it when I hear her voice in unexpected places.
The sweetest, most satisfying ending of a beautiful musical.
This was the most interesting playthrough I watched. Great job with the choices. Unique and great

Holy shit the “last lady” who brought the casserole that oracle mentions must be Athena! When he told her the prophecy!
I didn't think I'd like this game, and I'm not sure I would play it myself, but I'm so glad I watched you play it
this game made me realise my type is sad surfers apparently

Aphrodite's ceremony is best if you go full green except for the last decision, which should still be red. 😃🙃
I hope you get a chance to listen to the red version of Look Into Me and The Ritual. Those songs were the best.
Of all the videos you have posted Danni this one is by far our favorite 😊
I also mostly chose the green responses but some songs that came with the other colors slaps so hard
Finally someone revived Freddy in their stream ❤
Hell yeah let’s go🙌
wait is Calliope a romance option? i'm immediatly swoon
...well, this didn't age very well
Sick 😎
HI GUYS DANNY HERE
I really like Freddie, and the romance with Freddie, but gosh is the "Only if Only" song absolutely horrendous. 😫😫
You only choosed the green answers whyyyy ? 😭
You are not obligated because you choose the Green Trait at the beginning, it's too bad 😭
No spoilers, but the ending I got would not be possible if I only chose the green choices lol
I picked green BECAUSE I know I loved to play off charisma stats in choice based games. So of COURSE I pick them a lot. I wanted to play that way, and I chose them as they suited me
I think because she love green
Why the intro has to zoom in and say dani here😂😂😂
This is too dramatic to me
this is a dumb game lol. Thought I could watch and play it but only 20 minutes in, it's dumb imo.

@@Evelyn-rb1zj I agree, that's probably the best way to put it
I just wish it was clearer in the game
