Very useful video. Thanks a lot. I took delivery of my first Morris Minor last Sunday ( 26 / 2 /23 ) and in due course will probably do this mod.
Nice video Tim, nice tidy work too.
Thanks - interesting video. Out of interest I looked at what the price is of that kit today(03/03/2023) and that kit has risen to £142.80 (inc. VAT)
Great Job... I am working on my one 1969 the same job!!! Lots to do ... eventually will get done!!!!RegardsPablo De Oliveira
You can do it!
Like the videos excellently done
Thank you very much!
Looking good Tim, kind regards from 'old blighty'.👍
Thanks 👍
do the other mounting holes make ride softer or harder?
I don't actually know as I've not driven mine yet and have not experimented. Try the Morris minor forum at www.morrisminorforum.com/
I heard that makes the rear ride hard?
Not sure, since I've never driven the car yet. We shall see!
@@goingundersground I notice you have 5-leaf saloon rear springs rather than the standard 7-leaf Traveller ones though, which should make the ride quite a bit softer...
@@abc-harryhuntspraypaintat5807 Yes I just retained the 5 leaf springs that came with the car.
