Both consoles look good, but I'm getting the PS4 because it has better exclusives in my opinion, and the most exclusives coming up, including Uncharted, inFamous and The Order: 1886. As such, it has better developers too. Furthermore, its social integration is more central to the system as opposed to TV. Finally, it's a more powerful console as can be seen by recent gameplay on various games.
The little robots is I believe just a demo of what that technology can do. It's up to game developers to make mini games for it just as they did for Playstation Eye.
