OH MY GOD GRANT YOU ARE A GENIUS! After every unit placement the dragoon moves to random tier referencing to its bad pathing.
Ultimate Tier - Bad Pathing so Bad it leads Dragoon to achieve state of being Everything, Everywhere and All at Once.
Oh heck, I noticed it in S tier once, but I didn't realise it was changing tiers every time
I noticed that, because of the bad pathing the dragoon is all over the place isnt it.
This thumbnail was my little sendoff of this incredible series, I loved every moment of it, thank you so mutch Grant and modder team for making this a reality. 10/10 would meme again.

Someone pointed it out in the Orbiter vod on your archives channel that the Orbiter and it's abilities have references to the Carbot Animation's Arbiter. Bob the ragelot is a great character. o7

There should be a LoV mod that randomizes every unit based on their unit type. So if you build a Zealot, you might get a Centurion, Zealot or Sentinel, or if you build a Colossus, you might get a Reaver, Colossus or Wraithwalker.
Sounds nice, but you'd have to address the issue that the High Templar and Dark Archon (Darth Archon) are two different prices.

@@blaster23456 I'm sure there's some way to overcome it. For example, instead of building a Dark (Darth) Archon, you would build a new unit inspired by Senator Palpatine. As you build more casters, randomly you will get some High Templar and Ascendents. You could make up to 6 varieties of Archon based upon which 2 you combine, some of them could be the Dark (Darth) Archon.

The problem is that when he did a LotV zealots only run, the ground spin is what allowed him to finish Korhal. Maybe the Centurions would do it
Wraithwalker gets bonus step on damage because of the “walker” part of the name.

I hope we get Wings of Memes or Memes of the Swarm eventually. I wonder what y'all could do with le Zerg and Terran. (Memes of Liberty? Heart of the Memes?) Loved the Dragoon jumping over the tier list. Also, I think the reason the Corsair gets money from killing things is that "Corsair" means pirate so they are raiding the enemy ship for loot and stuff.

I love how the tier list stays consistant throughout the video
Feel like A tier is a bit inconsistent myself. May be just me but I think that early on Grant rated units slightly more harshly then later on, and stuff that early on would be B tier, was placed in A tier if rated later on. But yeah, other than that, pretty nice.

I first thought he changed the dragoons rank later to D and just didn't mention it, but when I realized what was really going on, I had to laugh so hard.
I also really liked that he made an effort to not spoil the reaver reward
Since adepts are always shaded, applying their debuff, and dont have an attack to pull agro, darth archon with adepts should be the most op meme.

Problem is their perma-shade is not proper Invincible like normal shade, Its only Invisible.
They are absolutely killable in that state, And IIRC only had 30/30 HP/Shield

Give the Centurion a hold-fire (AKA stop attacking) button so that you can make a cloaked wall.
That won't stop them from attacking enemy units that come into melee range, decloaking them.
@@guardianof2fort964 that was the issue with hold position. A hold fire mode like the ghost would specifically prevent them from auto-attacking
A shame, then, that the ghost doesn't have that problem. The armoury upgrade for infinite cloak removes that problem. Same with the Dark Templar, they're permanently cloaked anyway.
@@guardianof2fort964 The ghost's hold-fire ability is mostly for multiplayer. It's to avoid the opponent's attention ("our X is under attack!") before calling in a nuke.
The wraithwalker dealing damage walking made me think of two things. Stiletto heels and the song "these boots are made for walking." Its legs resemble the pointy heels it's name could be a reference to the song so it could have been either one as inspiration.
And the orbiter shooting zealots is a Halo reference, because zealots and halo elites and vaguely similar, and the big elite character in Halo is the Arbiter (which is his rank not name but that's what everyone calls him).
It took me way too long to notice the dragoon was moving around the tier list and now that I did its the funniest shit in the world

The reference to the blood hunters pulling things out of the sky can definitely be shark related, there's footage of sharks jumping out of the water and catching birds

Imo, you underestimate the wholesomeness of energizer being a rabbit, thus completing the Shakuras furry theme, and why aren't centurions A-tier at least? They rip through everything, and with a few blood hunters they really are unbeatable

I’m late to the party and someone’s probably already suggested it, but I cba to check.
...Huh, a bit weird that the Mothership stopped the Carrier from being in the same tier because they're directly competing, but, well. Disco Sentry and Havoc, Mortal and Van Guard, Destroyer and Orbiter, and I think Archooooon and Darth Archon too, were all the same and yet were allowed to share a tier. Obviously, you can rank how you like, it just seemed... _Arbitrary._
Also, an idea for Centurions (that's months late) (and I don't know if this is even possible):
Any number of Centurions costs 100 supply, but you can only build up to 100 of them. Scale the stats so it's not an on/off switch when you drop below a breakpoint, but also give a bonus for having a full Century. In my mind I'm thinking like 0.6x stats to 1.5x stats, gaining the full 1.5x at 90+. Then at 100, they get 3x stats for up to like 5s after one of them dies.
Or they merge together into MechaGodCenturion at 100, gaining something absurd like 100x the stats of a single Centurion and the ability to melee both ground and air, and splits into 99 regular Centurions if/when it dies.
100 supply of centurions can just clear an entire map, they are easy S tier

The Centurions almost made it impossible to for the ground zerg+Hybrid to take Shakuras. If it weren't for the Air Hybrids, Grant would've been there permanently.

You're missing out on a lot ! Just look at Grant's face every time he presents an unit.
Out of curiosity, why's the long zealot "cross-eyed" beam animation worse than the regular one? I thought it was hitting everything in the target area simultaneously, does the animation actually affect that?
If you pay attention to the fire effect the middle of the line never gets hit, which means the targets in the middle don't actually get hit. Which is probably why it has melee since being cross eyed means it only hits things next to the target. This is also why Zerglings kept getting through to them instead of being properly vaporized.

Please let us know if you intend to do a WoL or HotS meme campaign. I already have some ideas on what to add to those campaigns and would really like to share them with you. I also don't want to forget any ideas, so I will post the first ideas I have: marines get stem cell pack (increases attack speed, will heal but there is a chance the marine gets cancer, chance of getting cancer increases the higher the health of the unit, using again after getting cancer will speed up the death process) and combat shields (marines get a melee ranged shield bash ability that stuns enemies when in range), zerglings will either evolve into raptorlings (same cliff jumping, gets pack bonuses for other raptors nearby instead of flat damage increase) or swarmlings (really small and get 4 instead of 3, have no collision with each other, fix the population issue as well because that should have been fixed long ago).
There are better routes you can go.
You could make the Marines 50% larger, cost 2 supply, and shoot missiles, called Sphess Mahrieens. With a tooltip saying they have a tendency to hide in Metahl Bawxes (the COWARDS, the FOOLS!) as a reference to both Warhammer 40k Space Marines and Dawn of War's Dark Crusade expac and its memes.
Another option is to shrink the Marines by 50%, call them Guardsmen, make them wield flashlights, and produce in squads of 4 for each supply. This time a reference to the Imperial Guardsmen from Warhammer 40k who wield lasguns that are said to be as effective as flashlights given how tough everything is in Warhammer 40k and how they need literally hundreds or thousands of them to actually be effective.
A third option would be to call them Troopers, and give them an ability called "Do you hear that?" where for each one you build the background music starts to change to Klendathu drop and the volume gets a little louder. A reference to Starship Troopers, especially since Wings of Liberty focuses a lot on fighting the "bugs" (zerg).
@@TankHunter678 I will be honest, I like your first idea the best. You don't need to know the reference to like the meme. I guess I got caught up assigning purpose to the upgrades instead of the units.
I think if they wanted it to be 100 centurions for the trigger, you either have to have all your supply be centurions or maybe the supply should have been changed to 1 instead of 2
