    Hey which blender u use to make chilli garlic and ginger paste?? As m so pissed with my bullet that it is not making the proper paste..!! And do tell me if there is a different way to do it..!!

    Hi, is makai atta gritty like regular maize flour? Or is it finer? Can I just use any maize flour or is there a specific type? Thank you for this recipe, it looks quite tasty.

      Yes bake at 350 till golden brown and I would add baking powder to it

    Can there be any substitute for curd? My daughter has milk protein allergy. I can’t use curd. If we bake it , will it give the same taste? Baking temp and time?

      Can you use soy or coconut curd? Without cued, they will be chewy

      Yes you can simply replace wheat flour by adding bajra flour little more

      No you can make instant but for better texture and result, I prefer at least an hour...

      +sophia brar yes, use dry flour to dust with and roll as much thin as you can. And bake like roti or paratha

    I make ajwain tea that is sort of nasty to drink but it helps with sore throat and sniffles. I have only eaten it in prepared foods, so I will try using some next time I cook.

      Besan makes food chew hard so try to add just little if you want

    Overnight rest to dough shud b done in fridge or room temprature. U did not add any oil in the dough. It won't come out hard na.
