    Five days after moderate exertion, I still can't walk...
    So, how do I find my motion for thoracic?

      Sounds like too much too fast Jerry. What does moderate exertion look like for you? Perhaps chunk up that activity so there are several bouts of minimal exertion throughout the day instead of one bout of moderate exertion...
