    You have that goofy right handed fishing style like I do! I don’t see that very much. Glad I’m not the only one. My buddies always give me crap for it. But yet I catch more fish than they do!

    I have a problem with trout swallowing the hook when lake fishing. Is it all about setting the hook as soon as you feel the bite or the style of hook? Thanks!

    • @NRVOutdoors
      @NRVOutdoors  Год назад +2

      Both can factor in to hut hooking. I recommend circle hooks and setting the hook as soon as possible

    I never thought of using them that way for lake fishing.

      @@michaelhebert8984Aberdeen hooks work well with dripshotting too, the long shank helps prevent gut hooking a little and makes it easier to unhook also, and I think it’s longer shank also helps with hook up ratio on some baits, I just take pliers and bend the eye of the hook up a little bit so it sits on the drop shot rig nicer
