Good video. My only recommendation would be to say what the sites of grace are. Some of us have unlocked a lot and could skip past a lot of your run and start at the closest grace sight.

For anyone struggling:
The Stone Sword can spawn at ANY of these three locations.
For me, it spawned in Rauh, making Unte the Light Altar and FogRift was the Dark
Can u only have either the light or dark version or is there a second stone sword so we can have one of both?

Just in case anyone doesn't want to fight the furnace golem at the ruins of Utne just go around the back (bottom right if u want to place a marker) u will see the low opening and u can jump into the building very easily without waking the golem up.

After you take the lift in the storehouse and fight a couple of the pot guys there’s also a secret wall to the left of the stairs with a recipe book

you can also smash those wind tunnels open with mohgs shackle
With fromsoft games telling a story similarly to how cod zombies used to, telling it through clues instead of feeding it to you, I'm surprised we haven't seen more content like this from zombie creators. Plus with how over convoluted the easter eggs can be, it parallels quite nicely with zombies content

If nobody mentioned it.. you can go left after the bridge with the golem and use the horse jump to the ghost bridge you dont have to run all that

Its advised to get the stone sword at the catacombs first. That way you dont have to run the dungeon again to toggle the sword.
The other two alters will then become light and dark.
Alter of dark is in Unte.
Alter of light is in Rauh.
Yes, you can toggle them.
Plus that invisible bridge you cross is NOT just the left side, it spans the entire width.

YES MILO YES!!! Please keek making Elden Ring/Fromsoft content. I was a huge zombies fan but less so with revent years so I love this transition.
Thats interesting because the locations you got the stone sword and sword of darkness were flipped for me so I guess the order doesn’t really matter.

@MrRoflWaffles just an FYI Once you have the stone sword, basically it’s just one shine will give you the sword of light and the other the sword of dark. You can do it in either order depending on which sword u want.
Thanks for the guide but it would've been MUCH more helpful if you actually gave the grace names along the way for those of us who have done some of these steps and just want to hop ahead.

If you have already had picked up the stone sheathed sword from the Fog rift catacomb and went to the ruins of Rauh and raised your sword to the light alter like i did, you can simply go to the Ruins of Unte Get the giant forge to move and then raise the sword at the alter he initially got the stone sheathed sword from @4:31 to get the Sword of Darkness.
FWIW if you have 2 of the stone sheathed swords in your inv when you do this (NG+) you will get both the sword of light and darkness

U can change it in any one of the locations, you don’t need to be at the 3rd location
Also I don’t know about another light stone but there is another dark stone in the ruins of unte

Any chance you could do area guides, or character quest guides? Also you should definitely point out where the great rune shatters because that absolutely wrecks a bunch of quests
Going to the church pass the village breaks the great rune as well for all those who don’t know
It’s burning the sealing tree that messes up the quest. I did everyone’s quest on my first playthrough before ever burning the sealing tree but I broke the great rune only like 5 minutes into the DLC
I do not play this game but to support the channel and the laughs i get i will watch

Great guide but my only complaint is that most people already have these sites of grace so it’d be better if you told us beforehand where we are going in case we already have those sites (all love though thank you for the sword 🙏)

Like i wanna beat the DLC again and get the sword of light but i also gotta watch my heart rate and not break 3 more controllers which sucks because all the other games just arent any fun at all
NO U CANT TOGGLE BETWEEN THE TWO.. U WILL LOSE WHICHEVER ONE YOU USE AT THE END. AND YOU DO NOT always get the light first, it depends on which alter you go to . i started in the dungeon and got the stone then the dark at the church area and did not use the light alter as i dont want to lose the dark
Okay then confusion is your use of the word toggle meaning you can anytime you want to switch between light and dark which you absolutely cannot you have to go back to the altar and switch the sword back out you can trade over and over again but you cannot toggle between the two

You most absolutely CAN toggle them back and fourth.
Pick up the sword in the catacombs.
The alter of dark will be in Unte. The alter of light will be in Rauh.
i remember picking up the sword with the invisible bridge but it didn't appear in my inventory
So when I did it, I got the Stone sheath sword in the crypt first, went to the garden and no sword

Sword of darkness can be obtained without getting sword of light so skip that if you need darkness sword

So i have already gotten the sword of light in the 1st play through and wanted to get the sword of darkness the second time. I have the stone sheathed sword and went to the darkness alter but it wont let me examine it to get the swrd of drkness

Love the video, but I do have one idea that could make the video more enjoyable. If you go pass any sights of grace while getting to a location, I would suggest putting a cut in the video ( the ones you see while scrolling through it on the bar below) saying to said sight of grace. Only reason I say this is because I had all of the ones one the way to the second place you needed to go but extra time following u lol. Kinda my fault but would improve the cideo

I need help, I lost the stone sheated sword because I tried a quick exit (I thought it worked just as in dark souls 1) by leaving the sword near an altar and reloading the area. The game just deleted the sword so I won’t be able to use it. My question is: do you need it to access a certain area of the dlc? Or it’s just used for converting it into the light or shadow sword, so I can just look it up on NG+?
just the weapons its nothing important or at the very least nothing that isnt optional
