Kerala is Spice capital of the world. lots of spices and herbs which can't be found anywhere else can be found here. they use lots of ingredients to make food and use coconut oil for cooking which gives Kerala food the special taste. this is food heaven.

Next time, please visit the north and north eastern parts of India. Like Ladakh and the seven sister states. There's a lot less people there so not a lot of noise or pollution, and they're full of beautiful natural landscapes, like rivers, waterfalls and mountains like the Himalayas. It's beautiful.
The dude with the long beard isn't a waiter. He is Shiyas, the owner of the place. He just wanted to make sure you got the best experience. He is a really sweet person. I've been a customer there since they started. The warmth of the restaurant people always made it a special place.

So u understand now India is different and we eat beef. India is not just some slums and shitty street food. Come to down south. Places like Kerala not just New Delhi or Mumbai. It’s beautiful and people are very welcoming

Even in jackfruit we have variety in Kerala India. Ull get one type jackfruit, the texture of mashed banana when u eat it. Aka it's melts in Ur mouths, but it's also slippery, sometimes makes people cough. It's used in making jackfruit jams, jackfruit milk payasam(porridge), in cakes etc While the one u ate is the hard jackfruit the one u can eat as fruit

But Kerala has variety of Jack trees. These trees are so fertile that they bear fruits even on their roots. Also mango trees grow here in many varieties. But what ancient people say is that Jackfruit is a food because it takes longer time to digest in our body and Mango is a dessert that helps it to digest. So it is important to know when to eat what first. That is why in olden days people made chakka appams as breakfasts during the jackfruit season. At the same time made jackfruit chips and preserved it till the winter especially till Christmas. That is why if you observe South Indian Christians gift jackfruit chips to neighbors and loved ones along with sweet diamond cut chips, banana chips and plum cakes during Christmas.

The oldest martial arts(Kalarippayattu),, Munnar, Varkala beach, Kovalam, Shiva statue, the most expensive temple in the world, one of the oldest churches in Asia, Jew town, Auravedic Spa (natural massage, therapeutic, all about healing and natural methods), Thekkady, spice tour, Mothers Veg restaurant (unlimited veg on a banana leaf), Kathakali (non-verbal theater).
The best part was the boat ride and guys swimming in river Periyar..the sunset , river, greenery and residential towers. A wired mix of all.

Even in jackfruit we have variety in Kerala India.
Ull get one type jackfruit, the texture of mashed banana when u eat it. Aka it's melts in Ur mouths, but it's also slippery, sometimes makes people cough. It's used in making jackfruit jams, jackfruit milk payasam(porridge), in cakes etc
While the one u ate is the hard jackfruit the one u can eat as fruit
