Aqua at 10:25 : Alright Akane, I think it’s time we broke up Akane: I’m ok with that, it’d just be a shame if I… just climbed… on this ledge right here… Aqua: Nvm
lmao. But yea, Akane's probably fine to break up with Aqua (she has very high gratitude towards him saving her up, that's why she fell in love). She just doesn't want Aqua to go down a dark path and probably could get depressed like her before.
I have been fortunate enough to read the manga. It would need to be 2 more eps for it to make sense on where I think they are going to end the season on... It's going to be very good!
I think part of Akane's dilemma is that she knows that she can hold on to Aqua for a while longer by telling him about the loophole, but she doesn't want him to think that's why she's telling him about it, in addition to the main reason of not wanting to destroy his happiness. And there's probably a tiny part of her that wants to tell him precisely because she'll be able to hang on to him a little longer. As quick as Anna is to want to push Aqua into her friend-zone, I don't think questioning whether she feels real love for Aqua has completely convinced her she ISN'T in love with him, yet. After all, she says that she's never had any prior experience, so she doesn't know what love is even supposed to feel like, and now she's got whatever she feels for him all entangled with feelings of gratitude and empathy. Just just 5 minutes prior, she was telling him she was willing to have sex with him if that's what he needed to make their relationship feel real to him, so I don't think she's quite ready to give up on that, yet. For all I know, if Aqua and Akane could separate themselves from all the emotional baggage around the circumstances that brought them together, they might even find they are compatible. Akane is certainly good for Aqua in that she always calls him on his bullshit, something Kana never does. It might be the reason he feels more comfortable with Kana at the moment is that he can hide things from her without much effort, while Akane always seems to be able to see right through him.
About the biology of the hair color: technically neither of the parents would need to have blonde hair, it would just make it more likely for the kids to have it too. Genetic info is passed on through alleles that code for different traits. Those can be divided into dominant and recessive traits and always appear in pairs (at least in regular humans). If Mom has Ab and Dad has Cd this could lead to four different combinations for the children: AC, Ad, bC and bd. If A is dominant and codes for purple hair and b is recessive and codes for Blonde hair the Mom would have purple hair. Now lets say the Dad has black hair with C dominant black and d recessive blond. If the kids inherit either Ad or bC they will have their parents respective hair color since the dominant trait trumps the recessive one BUT if they were to inherit bd they would have the recessive blond trait twice allowing them to have blond hair despite their parents hair color.
When you put the pieces together, you'll discover that the truth is incredibly disgusting and so much worse. Akane realizing that possibility, no wonder she was overwhelmed with information and horror. (you know what I mean manga readers).
I've seen various forms of this analysis put out about Akane, that she either has the desire to bring Aqua back to revenge to maintain their relationship and keep being useful or that (as suggested here) she might simply feel responsible to bring Aqua back to the revenge path to settle things. I don't agree with this analysis because I don't think "bring Aqua back to revenge" is even an option in her head now. I think people are incorrectly linking Akane's desire to support Aqua with having him complete his revenge. Back when Aqua had his panic attack and Akane pieced together his real identity/offered to support him no matter what; Akane monologues in her head over dinner that she wants to support Aqua the same way he supported her during the reality dating show. This all takes place *before* she learns about Aqua's real motives. So I don't think you can link "supporting Aqua" together with "help him finish revenge." Rather, I think what happened is Akane initially believed Aqua wanted revenge and that she was prepared to help him bear that burden. However, now she's aware that Aqua doesn't want revenge at all. Enough so that he's willing to overlook the loophole to be at peace and live for himself. So I believe Akane's dillema here isn't "Peace or Revenge," but "How do I handle Aqua here in the name of granting him his peace?" As you pointed out- letting Aqua remain ignorant could backfire horrifically if he ever figures it out. But as Akane mentioned herself- If Aqua gets sucked back into revenge, he might never be able to come back from it. So, trying to sit him down and be honest with him in hopes of having him accept and come to terms with reality to move on might be the equivalent of handing a pyromaniac a blowtorch and asking him to be responsible with it. Not gonna happen.
I agree with you. Some people really can't let go of the fact that Akane told Aqua that she would be willing to help him with his revenge, and see it as this very, very bad thing. I'm sure if Akane's response had been different, like “This isn't you Aqua, revenge isn't the answer, you should forget about that”, after finding out that the revenge is towards Aqua's mother's murderer, that would have raised another wave of criticism as well. The thing is, Akane's answer wasn't meant to be liked by all the viewers, us, but it was what Aqua needed to hear. He didn't need someone who would invalidate the life purpose he's had since he was a kid. He needed someone who would not judge him, would understand him, and tell him they would stand by him even if he decided to go down that path. We even get confirmation of this in episode 09, when Akane is described as “someone who understands Aqua's plight.”
Animewatcher here. So am I wrong, or is the "loophole" Akane mentioned the following: - Aqua and Himekawa believes that their father (Uehara) cheated on his wife (Airi, Himekawas mom) with Aquas mom (Ai), and then commited double suicide with Himekawas mom, and there the trail ends: Uehara is the father of both Aqua and Himekawa, but he's dead, and both Airi and Ai are also dead. - *However* a possibility that they both overlooked is that what if instead of Uehara cheating on Airi, what if Airi cheated on Uehara with person X where X is also the father of Aqua? That way, person X can be the father of both Himekawa and Aqua (thats how they're half-siblings) while they have different motherr (Airi and Ai) and Uehara suddenly becomes a "nobody" instead of their father. TLDR: It wasn't Uehara who cheated on someone, it was Airi who cheated on someone, meaning the mothers remain the same (Airi to Himekawa and Ai to Aqua) while the father is someone completely different (who we see is clearly alive in this episode.)
although if notice the character X have a double hair color (half blue and half pink (aqua \ ruby)) and himekawa have a black hair isn't that strange for a plot like this? and somehow akane figured it out and aqua didn't ?
i felt sick watching this episode, everything past akane figuring it out and running off was a fight to not throw up lol. i got flashbacks to AI's death and how that came so suddenly. that tension leading into staying on ruby for so long, AND WITH THAT DAMN MUSIC. i love this show man
One note on Himekawa’s mother: I checked the latest weekly Japanese TV ratings from Video Research, and the current asadora was the most-viewed show in _any_ category. They’re a big deal. And the lead actress apparently acts as an NHK spokesperson and suchlike, so it’s likely Airi Himekawa was fairly prominent. Pick an asadora from Wikipedia’s list, and the lead actress will probably have a pretty respectable resume.
I’m leaving this comment here AFTER watching the episode myself, but BEFORE watching the reaction: I KNEW IT, I KNEW IT, I KNEW IT!!! I knew that the dates didn’t match and that Aqua (and Himekawa) supposed father, (Uehara) would have been dead for like a few months, if not a year or more before AI’s murder, if Himekawa informations are correct… Now my theory is that sure, the DNA test results are accurate, Aqua and Himekawa ARE indeed brothers who share the same father BUT Himekawa thinks that her mother’s husband (Uehara) is his biological father, which he isn’t… And that’s probably because his mother was seduced by this as*hole and became pregnant… She was initially able to fool Uehara making him think that the baby (Himekawa) was his, but then, when he was 5 something happened: maybe he was hospitalized and/or needed a blood transfusion or something like that, (Could also be something that directly involves DNA , but I feel that something regarding a different blood type would be more likely) and that’s when Uehara realized that Himekawa was not his son and his wife had been cheating on him… So, in a fit of rage he killed her and then killed himself… That’s how I think things went, more or less… (I could also very much be HORRIBLY wrong) And I was right when I thought that Aqua didn’t dig enough, didn’t investigate properly, because he was subconsciously trying to find a way out, thinking something like: “Okay, they’ve just told me he’s dead, so I won’t ask any further and unnecessary questions, but just accept the fact that he’s not longer alive and take this opportunity to finally be able to live my life to the fullest like I’ve always wanted… TBF we also know that that bastard and Ai talked to the phone just a few days before AI’s death, while Aqua doesn’t… But now that I think about it actually doesn’t matter if Aqua didn’t know that those two talked to the phone… We know from episode 1 that they had “JUST TRANSFERRED” to that new apartment (I imagine at best a few weeks earlier, not before) and the stalker couldn’t possibly have gotten that information from someone (Uehara) who had died AT LEAST one year before…
I think Aqua has always viewed Akane as someone who he can make use of, whereas I don't think he's ever thought of Kana in that way. Aqua seems to be at his happiest when he's with Kana and can just be himself around her. However it seems that Akane understands Aqua more than anyone does including Kana.
@@luck_adiante I mean, that's probs why Aqua liked her, he isn't thinking of any manipulative stuff when he's with Kana, just plain ol' banter where he can be himself. Do keep in mind, that Aqua's original self was a cheerful and expressive person, even back during his Doctor days.
no bro, Aqua doesn't see Akane like that, but Aqua wants to continue his life with Akane because Aqua knows that his happiness is Akane. The proof can be seen later in episode 12 or 13. Aqua decides to continue the serious relationship with Akane, and later also in S3, Aqua admits that Akane it is indeed the source of his happiness. Aqua said that when the two of them called. And there is one word Aqua said in the manga that I remember very well, namely "I don't want to let go of the days where you were by my side, thank you Akane".
@@aryagamingchannel6192 lol you can't be serious. "aqua knows that his happiness is Akane" meanwhile Aqua talking with Gorou in the manga: "The person you like is that girl, isn't it? That genius child actor? It goes without saying now. You've always liked her strong, straight-forward gaze, haven't you?... I know that" lol. Aqua liked Akane so very much that he put a tracker on her just so she could find his dad for him, and once that was done he dumped her 😆🤣
Akane did not get dumped in this episode. The anime switched the order of what happened. The bridge scene was supposed to happen first but they got interrupted when Akane had that realization.
Again this animation is coocked!🔥 13:00 This is how Aqua sees the situation. His mom leaves a man and a man with his wife are getting obliterated. Meanwhile Akane sees a snake that seperates Ai from others and makes her preagnent. She then calls that snake "a piece of trash man". And the end is a literal qoute: "Speaking about the devil".😂 Great reaction!😃
I listen to the entire conversation, you seem to get it but not fully. I won't put any input. But I will say for the last 2 episodes, I hope people realize the subtile hints this season showed to show the direction they will be going.
It's all over the damn place in the opening and closing songs. That's what Aka does best is foreshadowing and putting it in places you HAVE to pay attention to
@carefullyplanned since you asked... spoiler below. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . Airi S. assaulted Kamiki Hikaru when he was 11 years old and gave birth to Taiki. Ai met Kamiki when he was 14 and she was 15. She confronted Airi about her crimes. Ai also noticed that Kamiki is like her, a liar. So she was honest to him. Kamiki told Uehara that his son is not biologically his which made Uehara snapped, killed Airi and then himself. Kamiki clunged to Ai, and when Ai got pregnant, she left him because she felt too pressured of taking care of kids and a broken boy while she herself is broken. Airi is a p.o.s., Hikaru is a p.o.s. and a liar that manipulates people with his lies to do his deeds... just like how Aqua does with his black stariggan. This season is going to end with Dark Ruby... Ruby going to get the dark starrigan.
@carefullyplanned it gets even better. Spoiler Hikaru emotionally manipulates the stalker and another former B Komachi member that you will see in season 4. Hikaru just gives these obessed emotionally ill just a little push to get them over the edge. The former B Komachi member Nino got so obessed with Ai that she doesn't want ANYONE including Ruby to surpass her. Nino goes over the edge during a B Komachi concert and sees that Ruby has suprassed Ai. So like the stalker she actually goes to the door and stabs Ruby. It was SUPPOSED Ruby because in reality it was Akane in disguise being used as bait. Akane who always on the case figures out Nino is unstable so she uses a blonde wig and a stab proof vest as bait to take the knife. Then Ichigo wrestles the knife out of Nino's hand. Crazy twists. THEN Aqua confronts his father who is streaming a B Komachi concert and says that everything he said is lies. He's going to commit his revenge with a knife in hand. The 161 spoilers are out and all I will say is go look back on the Mephisto ending and Aqua falling
@@redmustangredmustang Bro wtf. They asked for a spoiler for something relevant to the current anime arc and you straight up spoil the climax of the manga, up to the latest chapter?
Father's Vibes: I think Ben hit the nail on the head with "Twisted Fuck". Not being a manga reader, I don't know for sure, but him killing Ai as revenge for breaking up with him sounds like it would fit. Now he feels like he possesses her in death, which would perfectly explain why he's showing up to her grave to casually talk to her like nothing is wrong. I don't know that the flowers imply he has any kind of sympathy for Ai dying. As someone pointed out in another comment, those are the same flowers the stalker was carrying when he stabbed Ai and I'm willing to bet the father used to give Ai that same bouquet when they were still together. It's just another indication that all Ai's death means to him that no one else can have her, which, to him, means he still has her.
7:21 It's kind of funny to me that they don't seem to realize Aqua actually does know exactly what she is thinking most of the time. it's pretty obvious he likes messing with Kana when he is on dates. His half brother even commented on it.
I think it wouldn’t take much thought for Akane to figure out who the half-sibling Aqua’s talking about is, as long as she knows who Himekawa’s parents were. Which is entirely plausible - they’re two of the biggest young stars in Lala Lai; they’ve known each other for years. And if she knows that, well, how many people do you think she knows whose parents died in a murder-suicide?
SOO HEAR ME OUTT I don't remember quite well but i think by loophole is that akane realised that the person whom aqua think is his father is not actually his father because she realised the possibility that probably himekawa's mother cheated on his husband and the results was himekawa born and the person with whom himekawa's mom cheated her husband, is the man that made Ai pregnant If i am wrong please do correct me
In the manga, Aqua and Akane's date occurs first. So, when Kana and Aqua are on their date and Kana asks him what he plans to do about his relationship with Akane, Aqua doesn't say "oh yeah, I already broke up with her" or "I plan to break up with her soon". Instead, goes the dialogue we see in the anime: "I always thought I should never get romantically involved with someone. But now I think maybe it's okay. So now I'm finally giving it some real thought." And I'm saying all this to prove that none of the girls is the problem, the problem is Aqua for not making up his mind and being ambiguous for literally no reason when asked a direct question 😀
I'm surprised, even though I haven't watched other reactors react to this episode, as soon as it showed graved stones, I knew the father reveal would happen next. Cause of common tropes in media and the previous scene. Is there any reactors that knew the father would show up?
@@wisefelipe quite sure that was the final ep of season 1, absolutely nothing happened, so this mirrors that pretty much. It even had the crow where it zoomed in on the eye and then out to aqua, so no reason to think there was anything special in that scene, besides checking in on Rubys state, as she has been a bit neglected for a while, need to catch up somehow.
"I never feel those feelings from you" I wonder if he was comparing her to Kana, could be talking about his past life but it's pretty clear he mentioned he hadn't had any luck in his past life when Kana mentioned he's too good at dates
He has a bantering, flirty relationship with Kana and that's kind of how he behaved with Sarina, too, even though I doubt that wasn't meant to be serious. Akane, on the other hand, is very earnest and honest about her feelings. As she said, she's completely inexperienced, so she may just never have learned to express her feelings in that bantering/flirty way that Aqua/Gorou recognizes as romantic. On the other hand, I think her feelings are largely based on intense gratitude and empathy right now, and because she's inexperienced, she's confusing those for love. I don't think she and Aqua have really had a chance to develop feelings of actual love between them because of the circumstances that brought them together, but I don't think it would be impossible for it to happen somewhere down the line.
@@moalboris239 Yeah, although becoming a hard-core Ai otaku probably didn't do his dating life any favors, so when he says the past decade or so, it's probably closer to two. That having been said, I still stand by my point that he may be used to a flirtier style of romance expression that is just not something that's Akane's style. Possibly he's picking up on the fact that her feelings are based heavily on him saving her life, but it's not like he's given her much of a chance to get to know him as anything more, either.
19:25 Ruby doesn't know what Aqua has been doing. Ruby doesn't know that their dad is dead: For all we know, Ruby still thinks Ai gave virgin birth. Since she hasn't been in on this whole revenge plot and hunt for their father, she probably hasn't even thought about it much for her entire life, so she's definitely not going to be expecting some rando in a graveyard to turn out to be her father, no matter how similar to them he looks. If she's actually seen him at the grave, that might be a different matter, since she'd wonder why he was there, although I imagine there are probably still old fans that drop by from time to time to leave flowers, so she might just assume that's what he is.
the information we have so far: -aqua, ruby, himekawa are half siblings (same father) -himekawa is older than the siblings by about three years (he recently turned 20 while the siblings are 16-17) -himekawa's parents died by murder-suicide when he was still young (husband killedthe wife then killed himself) -if the husband WAS himekawa and the sibling's father then he would need to still be alive to impregnate ai, which cant happen because he's already dead -aqua, ruby (and himekawa's) father was seen at the end of the episode (looks like a spitting image of aqua with longer hair, going to ai's grave and clearly knows ruby, and acknowledges her as their child) -all of that points to himekawa's mother was the one to have cheated in the relationship, not the husband. -aqua likely figures that is the case, and is choosing to ignore that for convenience so he can finally live his life.
The next two episodes will be very good and this is how Ruby's arc begins. That's why everyone was waiting for this arc. Very good reactions to the episode 🎉👏👏 congratulations 👍. Akane realized that it is quite the opposite. As for the father, you will see him more often in the next seasons and always you'll see him like today, spying to Ruby, don't forget the last scene from this episode with Ruby and her father, I only say that...but good reactions once again 🎉
Now thinking 🤔, Ai means love in Japanese, but on English can sound like "eye", or just simply "I", they put a lot of effort on this character name and on the title of the show. Too much symbolism.
Ok so this may be a stretch but I think that yea she had something to do with the family guy but my guess here is that they were in love but the other guy jealous happens to have seen them and all after the deed decides to go after her and you know unless they where twins themselves that's why they would have same father blood in a way and so with rage the new guy here went on a rampage right after so we saw what happened and the married couple where also taken out. (haven't caught up to the manga on this episode)
I m sorry but i don't even understand what you stretch is. You phrased this like "This guy did this because this and the other dude were doing what the different guys were supposed to do." it's not clear what you were trying to say
Man I had completely different takes from the dates. Aqua was putting on a mask with Kana as the playboy, Kana was having a date with an idealized man in her head as a borderline gag. That's not Aqua being present. Akane was connecting with the real Aqua and getting to know him.
The problem is, Aqua and Kana were having a date like a normal couple would. Going to a cafe, buying stuff, going for dinner... When it comes to Aqua and Akane, even if you can say the connection there went to a deeper level, the topics were about murder, using someone, all that kind of stuff...

Only a dumb person would think Aqua and Akane love each other, since I am a Manga reader the picture is way more clearer. Aqua feels guilt using Akana like this which is why he goes on with this fake Relationship also cuz he wanted to use her etc etc as for Akane what she feels towards Aqua isn't love but rather two things admiration and the wish to protect him like a mother 😂 yeah spoilers she motherzoned herself 😂, meanwhile Kana has already showed that what she feels is totally what we would call Love, Aqua himself too has shown that same feeling but he once again feels bit of guilt cuz of how he used Kana which is why he has trouble accepting her love and saying that he loves her too. So yeah Akane Bros I think you should give up your own girl forfeited the war And now it's only between Ruby and Kana and we all know Aqua Romantically loves Kana and feels that familial bond towards ruby

So I don't think you can link "supporting Aqua" together with "help him finish revenge."
Rather, I think what happened is Akane initially believed Aqua wanted revenge and that she was prepared to help him bear that burden. However, now she's aware that Aqua doesn't want revenge at all. Enough so that he's willing to overlook the loophole to be at peace and live for himself.
So I believe Akane's dillema here isn't "Peace or Revenge," but "How do I handle Aqua here in the name of granting him his peace?"
As you pointed out- letting Aqua remain ignorant could backfire horrifically if he ever figures it out.
So am I wrong, or is the "loophole" Akane mentioned the following:
- Aqua and Himekawa believes that their father (Uehara) cheated on his wife (Airi, Himekawas mom) with Aquas mom (Ai), and then commited double suicide with Himekawas mom, and there the trail ends: Uehara is the father of both Aqua and Himekawa, but he's dead, and both Airi and Ai are also dead.
TLDR: It wasn't Uehara who cheated on someone, it was Airi who cheated on someone, meaning the mothers remain the same (Airi to Himekawa and Ai to Aqua) while the father is someone completely different (who we see is clearly alive in this episode.)
yeah, uehara got cucked
good theory now i can sleep peacefully xD
although if notice the character X have a double hair color (half blue and half pink (aqua \ ruby)) and himekawa have a black hair isn't that strange for a plot like this?
and somehow akane figured it out and aqua didn't ?
@@DARIOO6i9 1. Himekawa Airi has black hair.
2. Aqua unconsciously "chose" to not dig deeper. Boy is tired both mentally and physically.
Yeah, thats the loophole. That Himekawa's mom cheated instead, leading to the double suicide
This episode hit on ever emotion this show is to good
i felt sick watching this episode, everything past akane figuring it out and running off was a fight to not throw up lol. i got flashbacks to AI's death and how that came so suddenly. that tension leading into staying on ruby for so long, AND WITH THAT DAMN MUSIC. i love this show man
this damn author knew what they were doing by making the first part of the episode be such heartwarming and funny.
Yeah that off key Piano was unnerving and brilliant for the mood. Gave me chills.
You'll get heart attack when the Akane scene walking on the bridge and scene immediately cut to someone holding white flower bucket 😂
2 more episodes in the season
One note on Himekawa’s mother: I checked the latest weekly Japanese TV ratings from Video Research, and the current asadora was the most-viewed show in _any_ category. They’re a big deal. And the lead actress apparently acts as an NHK spokesperson and suchlike, so it’s likely Airi Himekawa was fairly prominent. Pick an asadora from Wikipedia’s list, and the lead actress will probably have a pretty respectable resume.
I’m leaving this comment here AFTER watching the episode myself, but BEFORE watching the reaction:
I KNEW IT, I KNEW IT, I KNEW IT!!! I knew that the dates didn’t match and that Aqua (and Himekawa) supposed father, (Uehara) would have been dead for like a few months, if not a year or more before AI’s murder, if Himekawa informations are correct… Now my theory is that sure, the DNA test results are accurate, Aqua and Himekawa ARE indeed brothers who share the same father BUT Himekawa thinks that her mother’s husband (Uehara) is his biological father, which he isn’t… And that’s probably because his mother was seduced by this as*hole and became pregnant… She was initially able to fool Uehara making him think that the baby (Himekawa) was his, but then, when he was 5 something happened: maybe he was hospitalized and/or needed a blood transfusion or something like that, (Could also be something that directly involves DNA , but I feel that something regarding a different blood type would be more likely)
and that’s when Uehara realized that Himekawa was not his son and his wife had been cheating on him… So, in a fit of rage he killed her and then killed himself… That’s how I think things went, more or less… (I could also very much be HORRIBLY wrong)
And I was right when I thought that Aqua didn’t dig enough, didn’t investigate properly, because he was subconsciously trying to find a way out, thinking something like: “Okay, they’ve just told me he’s dead, so I won’t ask any further and unnecessary questions, but just accept the fact that he’s not longer alive and take this opportunity to finally be able to live my life to the fullest like I’ve always wanted…
TBF we also know that that bastard and Ai talked to the phone just a few days before AI’s death, while Aqua doesn’t… But now that I think about it actually doesn’t matter if Aqua didn’t know that those two talked to the phone…
We know from episode 1 that they had “JUST TRANSFERRED” to that new apartment (I imagine at best a few weeks earlier, not before) and the stalker couldn’t possibly have gotten that information from someone (Uehara) who had died AT LEAST one year before…
I think Aqua has always viewed Akane as someone who he can make use of, whereas I don't think he's ever thought of Kana in that way. Aqua seems to be at his happiest when he's with Kana and can just be himself around her. However it seems that Akane understands Aqua more than anyone does including Kana.
Plus, I mean Kana's not that useful
Aqua literally coerced Kana into being an idol my dude
Yeah, I think Akane's realization leading into the father reveal was a much better way to end the episode.
I cant wait for the monogatari vid
Again this animation is coocked!🔥 13:00 This is how Aqua sees the situation. His mom leaves a man and a man with his wife are getting obliterated. Meanwhile Akane sees a snake that seperates Ai from others and makes her preagnent. She then calls that snake "a piece of trash man". And the end is a literal qoute: "Speaking about the devil".😂
Great reaction!😃
Ben: Akane is so emotionally mature!
Akane: Doesn't even know if she likes Aqua or not.
Both can co-exist. She can be emotionally mature about some things and not others.
The team is so baaaack, the consistency of the art is so baaack. The level up from the previous episode is palpable
I'm sure youg guys know by now but season 2 is total 13 so we have 2 more ep left.

Airi S. assaulted Kamiki Hikaru when he was 11 years old and gave birth to Taiki.
Spoiler
Hikaru emotionally manipulates the stalker and another former B Komachi member that you will see in season 4.
As a manga reader, your discussion and prediction is really good!
7:21 It's kind of funny to me that they don't seem to realize Aqua actually does know exactly what she is thinking most of the time. it's pretty obvious he likes messing with Kana when he is on dates. His half brother even commented on it.
One character in the OP not reveal in the story line yet so there are some episode left. This season will end with many twist.
Akane is just too amazing
I think it wouldn’t take much thought for Akane to figure out who the half-sibling Aqua’s talking about is, as long as she knows who Himekawa’s parents were. Which is entirely plausible - they’re two of the biggest young stars in Lala Lai; they’ve known each other for years. And if she knows that, well, how many people do you think she knows whose parents died in a murder-suicide?
Hold my statement, Ruby will be more manipulative and dangerous than Aqua if she's also seek for revenge

SOO HEAR ME OUTT
I don't remember quite well but i think by loophole is that akane realised that the person whom aqua think is his father is not actually his father because she realised the possibility that probably himekawa's mother cheated on his husband and the results was himekawa born and the person with whom himekawa's mom cheated her husband, is the man that made Ai pregnant
If i am wrong please do correct me
Goddamn this show is good
The season is 13 episodes btw.
So now I'm finally giving it some real thought."
And I'm saying all this to prove that none of the girls is the problem, the problem is Aqua for not making up his mind and being ambiguous for literally no reason when asked a direct question 😀
This 'timeline' change makes the aqua and arima scenes unnecessary

Tbf this srason started with Ruby at the grave too and nothing happened
@@wisefelipe quite sure that was the final ep of season 1, absolutely nothing happened, so this mirrors that pretty much. "I don't know why I thought this was gonna be 13 episodes"
Hm, I wager it has something to do with this season being 13 episodes^^.
I think he was more implying he had a lot of luck in dating in his past life due to being a doctor but now that he is Aqua the luck fell off a cliff.
This season is 13 episodes. We have 2 more to go.
Guyss! Come backk 😅
Dude really turned like that 😅

Akane's back must be hurt from carrying the whole show.
and the other goat is finally appears!
If you think finding out about the mystery is the whole plot, sure
She is the real deal 😊
the information we have so far:
-aqua, ruby, himekawa are half siblings (same father)
-himekawa is older than the siblings by about three years (he recently turned 20 while the siblings are 16-17)
-himekawa's parents died by murder-suicide when he was still young (husband killedthe wife then killed himself)
-if the husband WAS himekawa and the sibling's father then he would need to still be alive to impregnate ai, which cant happen because he's already dead
-aqua, ruby (and himekawa's) father was seen at the end of the episode (looks like a spitting image of aqua with longer hair, going to ai's grave and clearly knows ruby, and acknowledges her as their child)
-all of that points to himekawa's mother was the one to have cheated in the relationship, not the husband.
-aqua likely figures that is the case, and is choosing to ignore that for convenience so he can finally live his life.
the second of the last part you are right. It will be explained in season 3.
it's not that he figures that is the case and is choosing to ignore it, he didn't consider this possibility BECAUSE he wants to let it go.

Annoying as you may be, I respect the grind and creativity lol
So yeah Akane Bros I think you should give up your own girl forfeited the war
And now it's only between Ruby and Kana and we all know Aqua Romantically loves Kana and feels that familial bond towards ruby
