Honestly i am extreme nail bitter and only women notice it. I have met just two men who noticed I have barely any nails lol. And it took them like a year to even notice. It's not that hard to shift attention away from your hands.
i think the first step is being white. if your a brown or black women your automatically perceived as ugly unless you look like a vogue model compared to a women of who is (average) but of a different race in society.
Actually it depends of the perciever, personally yesterday i was walking from the gym and i saw a black woman and she wasn't looking near like a vogue model, but she was so god damn gorgeous i coun't stop looking at her!
In my opinion you can look attractive and take care of yourself no matter what your gender/race is) You can improve yourself and learn how to look like a vogue model😌
