Yeah, I get it’s a raw burger, I really do but what if your mom accidentally cooked that? Would you treat her like that? No right? Well what if someone else’s mom accidentally did that? Does she deserve to be humiliated like that? It’s a hamburger bro, nothing more than a meat sandwich. It can be fixed.
@@Scratchingforcash not a karen, its a costumer demanding safistfaction, imagine you go to a fine restaurent, and your 100 beef is raw inside or chewie. the workers from her dialogue didnt believe her, she snaped picture was proof and demanded her money back, they then switched gear and tried to offer her a new burguer and she insisted on her money back. its her right, she didnt ask for a new burguer, only her money.
@@Scratchingforcashthis is a late reply but as someone who as a cooking degree and a business degree serving a customer a raw burger and if she gets ill would be a violation and could cause a food borne illness outbreak, take it from someone who has gone through nationwide testing that if a Manger caught the burger person failing at such a simple job, and then causing a food borne illness outbreak there would be lawsuits, that lady saved the employee the issues of lawsuits and the potential shutdown of the entire branch. You understand if it wasn't called out it would have continued to happen, it's called a learning experience, if you can't take the heat get out of food service because hospitality is the first thing you'll be taught and as angering as it can be sometimes the customer is always right!

@@Scratchingforcash you obviously never worked in a kitchen no it wasn't right for the customer to approach it in that manner but people do it all the time. That's food biz unfortunately. The customer is always right even when they are wrong. It's like being married, a happy wife is a happy life, ain't that wrong but right in the same manner

As a professionally trained chef with 20+ years experience, I've definitely considered messing with a Karen's or Ken's order due to their jerky behavior, but I've never actually done so!!! Lord, have I been tempted though!!! 😂
