We have a judge just like this sitting on family law bench and ruining lives. She has gotten her 3rd DUI recently and took a plea and got only a fine and 1 day jail. She was considered as extreme DUI because if her levels. The video is even here on YT. Heinous woman who destroys lives and could have killed people driving like that on a Sunday afternoon. No decorum in her courtroom and likes to give children to abusers to punish the Moms. Shameful. We are trying to get her removed.

Honestly the guy representing the one with cancer could have grabbed a few big weeds in 5min, if you ask neighbors for help, someone will, seriously cancer sucks but cleanliness is also good for health, pay a kid $20 to pull out weeds, geez it's not difficult, and a $100 fine is more than fair, I agree with the judge, sorry, I've seen people with cancer live with dignity and others just act like they have a get out of jail free card. Unfortunately many ppl do not know or even communicate with their neighbors so if this guy truly did have cancer and physically or financially could not keep his yard presentable then his family should have first reached out to the neighbors for assistance and then had proof for the judge that he indeed was doing everything he could. I do believe our judges hear every lie under the sun and I'm not saying the guy with cancer was lying I'm just saying a person has to produce proof. The new word to use to try and get out of trouble when you aren't insane is "mental problems." Well, hell, we all have mental problems from time to time. We all know right from wrong. Mental problems isn't much of an excuse. Charley Manson had mental problems. It didn't help his case.
I'm bipolar & anytime I've had to deal with the authorities I've always been respectful & followed any lawful orders given. Even so, I was illegally arrested TWICE (both cases got tossed) & the cops & judge STILL tried to play me for a fool. Luckily I know just enough about the law & personal rights to shame them into tossing my cases

The judge must've favored his looks over mine because he told me that it was my fault I hit him because if I had been going slower, I could've stopped in time. Imagine that ... he drives right at me in my lane and I'm at fault.

Everyone of them need a Phyicatric Evaluation after their 30 day hold. They need help. Professional help.
What I think about these judges, narrow minded and they take themselves to serious. I know some people can't behave themselves but most of these are struggling through life and are often also the weakest in society. People with a so-called good name would never be tried in such a way. A judge knows better and he should know better but it's probably not for this world.
It appeared to me the judges in this video were more than fair, its those who were punished by the judges which showed no respect or were narrow minded...

These are gratuitous contempt decisions. If the defendant is disruptive then they can be removed from court and a trial proceed in their absence. Imprisoning a defendant on contempt due to lack of disrespect will not teach them respect, it only engenders greater contempt.
