That crosses the line into the cops being the assholes, so many cops love causing property damage and not paying for it. It was quite therapeutic to key a cop's personal vehicle and slash his tires after him and his buddies tore our house apart looking for drugs that didn't exist.

After decades, Ive just realized my mother is actually a Karen. She would hysterically scream out her door anytime the local kids went anywhere near her crappy lawn. She would get so worked up it would put most Karen's tantrums to shame. All of the neighborhood kids knew about her and some even started teasing her. Years later I asked her why she would yell and she said they were destroying her lawn, making the house look like crap, and killing the property values. She lived in public housing she had been in since she first entered the country before I was born. It isn't her house!
Ive also realised my ex was a male Karen. The tantrums he threw in shops when things didn't go his way!

As a former customer service rep I feel for anyone who is in service industries and has to deal with aggressive, irrational people who follow that mantra of the customer is always right. No they are not and people need to realize that doesn't give you the right to treat people like garbage. Anyone who deals with customers, give them a bit of understanding and respect. Try to be the customer they remember in a good way.

We don't negotiate with terrorists. You'd think these crazy people would realize that they'd get better quality and actual help if they were more apologetic and nice about the issue. I know when I worked customer service if someone was nice even if I couldn't do or fix what they wanted I'd find or already know a way around to get it. Even if that meant slightly cutting corners within reason. No one's gonna go out of their way to help someone freaking out at them though!

I imagine it would be up to the Chef, as far as pleading goes but if it's a Denver omelet than the vegetables would be separate and the Egg would be separate. LOL
I love steak tartare, not sure if you know what that is. It's raw beef serve with capers and scallions and bound together with the raw egg. The last few times I've had it in restaurant it's been deconstructed. So basically I've had to mix it together myself on the plate. ❤️ my favorite thing in the world to eat. ❤️

I am completely appalled that those two involved in hitting the police officer's car delibertly and LYING about what happened should both have consequences. I know there are police officicers who abuse their authority but we must also acknowledge that there are many, many, MANY people that make false accusations. It was completely hilarious when the woman was so indignant about being left to clean up her broken window all by her poor abused self. I definitely applaud the manager at the Little Caesar's store. Very professional and almost seemed like she was about to call the police and issue a trespass on the woman had she not left and made a bigger scene about her order. That woman can call corporate all she wants, but I know the Ilitch family. All corporate is going to do is hang up on the woman and potentially block her number from the system.
Americans are just beautiful ppl. So friendly, educated, polite and well behaved. That's what I was told. Thank's for showing reality.

I, completely honestly and without hyperbole, think that Americans are among the worst people on Earth (in terms of culture). Some people here are beyond awesome (maybe ~20-30%?). But many here are just the worst in almost every way imaginable. The way they shine is in terms of tenacious viciousness and having no concrete beliefs or values that hold up to anything (these characteristics compliment each other and work in tandem).
A few very smart people I know believe it is because we have SO MANY cultures melting here. When you look some successful cultures (eg, Nordic regions), they are much more uniformly benevolent with their visions and goals towards universal benefit. But in US, you have MANY tribal interests, all being dishonest and trying to look like the good guys while working for their own benefit.
I personally disagree with the above in terms of what makes Americans so bad. There has to be more to it in my mind. But Idk what it is.
What we spread to the world in terms of how we regard things is pretty trashy and Machiavellian. We have more people incarcerated than any other two countries on Earth (even the most silly-corrupt ones). Our happiest people are often extremely soulless, self-centered, and tremendously dishonest.
The impact we are making on the world is sad.

I hear that quite often where I work. I work for an independently own franchise motel which is part of Wyndham. We record everything that goes on at the front desk, and because I cannot give someone what they want at the price they want, I am told that corporate will be in touch. It mainly happens with folks who are on our "Do Not Rent" list, or are not getting a room due to being abusive to myself or another fellow employee. We in hospitality have to deal with Karen's all the time.
