Actually I really loved the way the Razer Mamba Tournament Edition felt in my hands, and the buttons felt a bit higher quality than the DeathAdder's.
I just bought my firefly and mamba and got to say the mouse feels nice in the hand and the firefly is just amazing

A lot of products today are reviewed without showing more or less of the important aspects. I had expensive mouses but recently i discovered the importance of a good mousepad. SO WATCH OUT FOR A GOOD MOUSEPAD. Even a cheap mouse will have good performance on a mousepad. Personally i have a metallic one and I am happy, it was around 45 dollars. The form is important too: is a pain to play without proper form especially those games of shooting which demands great fineness. Weight .... not too light or heavy. A wired mouse maintains the absolute fluidity of movement but with a bit of luck you can eliminate the wires which are disturbing. The compartment of battery is important: contacts have to be perfect. I personally prefer only the product without lights or gadgets because the performance is important. Another one: fabrication defects, imperfections; is important to know before you buy. The DPI theorem is a mumbo jumbo bullshit !!! any recent mouse can be relatively satisfactorily; and for games fanatics important is the fineness of movement not the DPI which if i do not mistake increase the speed of movement.A lot of products are presented by manufacturer having in mind the immediate profit, so a part of the important aspects are omitted.
do mouse pad need some kind of treatment to keep it in a "fine" mode or you just need to wipe the dust? especially firefly cause i going to buy firefly

Do you have any issues with tracking on the MambaTE?
I've saw many reviews saying that its not a good sensor as its a laser sensor, as well as issues where the mouse would just die and you had to re-plug the USB.
Also, does the Firefly kill the feet of your mouse?

I have a razer mamba te and I've had it about a year but now it just turns off just randomly and i cant move it (guess its the cencor cuz i can click) like midgame in csgo it just turns off idk what to do
The razor mamba with the firefly might seem like a really cool duo for gaming but trust me get a soft mousepad. I've been playing with both of these for quite some time and started to grow to dislike the firefly. The firefly first causes my wrist to hurt after playing on it for a bit, and second it will start to eat away at the feet of the expensive 80 dollar mouse you love. Although hard mouse pads are proven to be more accurate, it chews up your mouse. Hope this helped.

I have the Razer DeathAdder Chroma, and my issue is that the rubber on the side of the mouse is, kinda slippery. Dont get me wrong, my hands are never getting wet, i dont eat nachos and some shit that the rubber becomes like that, my hands are very dry.

I bought the Razer mamba TE, it fit great in the hand and it was insanely accurate, but unfortunately it had a problem of randomly disconnecting at times. Luckily they let me return it.

ShotFire7 Have the Firefly, however the surface is very prone to getting dirt stuck to it. Very annoying to feel under the mouse. Don't buy the TE Mamba, soooo many tracking issues. (I know from experience as I own one)
Have, only work temporarily. Plus you shouldn't need to watch videos in order to fix your mouse as it shouldn't be broken in the first place. Best solution to fix the Mamba TE is to buy a different mouse.

No, the mouse is incredibly smooth and so are the rubber gliders on the bottom of the mouse.

I hope no one throws eggs at me when I ask this but... Is there much of a comparison between the Mamba and Deathadder Elite in CS:GO or FPS in general? The DA Elite is lighter with a better sensor, I just don't know how to compare them because I haven't played enough to know the difference. Really wished those Mamba strips were optional on the DA Elite.

+Itznevii - PS3 Nope, not really. The software that Razer mice work with, called Synapse 2.0, has an option where you can Calibrate the mouse to work better on whatever surface it is currently sitting on. So if you set it on your table or whatever you'll be using it on and then hit the calibrate option in Synapse software it should make it work better with that surface. But honestly most mice will still work pretty decent even without a mouse-pad nowadays as they have such powerful sensors so you should be fine without one. With that said, you can get real cheap mousepads ya know? Even quality gaming mouse pads like the QCK can be found for like $10 on amazon, or your local walmart should have some for like $4-5.
