Hey, just popping in to say that you recently opening up about your insecurites with art really helped me, because most people i know only respond to realistic art and i felt pressured to do it, which made me ignore my own style alot. Today i felt really inspired by remembering what you said, and just did a whole busy sketch page (i usually make every page a neat/complete drawing) and it really renewed my love for it and it made art exciting for me again as i was able to play around with how i draw things and progressing my style.
So yeah, thank you for making me love sketching all over again and for making me feel like i don't have an obligation to draw certain things/a certain way just because it's what people find valid!

I have to tell you, watching you draw makes me think of my mother. She was an artist, also in love with oils for her painting. I lost her a couple of years ago and I miss seeing her draw and paint. Your videos bring her back to me in a small way. Thanks Rae!

I honestly love the fact you showed more of the art process. I struggle a lot with charcoal and seeing how you used it and what you did helped me. I now know how grey paper helps the color pop, to start of with a base of pencial, to use a blender to help really get that detail. Thank you for really showing the process!! I loved it and the artwork itself💕💕

I like the slowed down or step-by-step process and I can see why people would request. I have noticed with your channel that you love to have fun, test new products, do silly challenges, etc. But you are also an art channel so you are showing off your art skills, creating masterpieces, and exposing your viewers to different mediums or different techniques.
You are one of the few Art-tubers I have found who is incredible and beyond amazing at realism so I enjoy watching your art process because I have never been good at realism so it was nice watching you sculpt the eyes or shade the cheeks or fine tune the hair pieces
Yes!! I love how you slowed it down this time!! It really made the video and it really shows that good art DOES take time. I feel like a lot of artists, when sped up, make it look so easy to newer, younger artists but by slowing it down it shows that art takes time and patience. It isn’t always that easy!
