3:13 Leng Dapeng’s illegal serve received nearly 2 million views on Bilibili. Since then many Chinese people mocked a person's illegal serve like "You serve like Leng Dapeng."😂

Umpires need to enforce the rules. Players need to call it out as well. At this point players don't call it out because it's easier to join the illegal serves rather than leave it up to the ump.

    • @esmolol4091

I don't call them out anymore as a player, because the umpire doesn't care.
I don't join the illegal force because it's against my morale. If I win against a cheating player, it's the sweetest victory.
If I loose due to the illegal serves, I know that this guy will eventually face other players who serve illegaly and won't stand a chance, throwing a tantrum, then, I will smirk, while they explode. 😅

"2.6.5 As soon as the ball has been projected, the server’s free arm and hand shall
be removed from the space between the ball and the net.
The space between the ball and the net is defined by the ball, the net and
its indefinite upward extension." - I think that I've never seen forehand pro service , that satisfies this rule completely .

I wonder if the rules could be written to focus on the true offense: concealing the point of contact with the ball? When players use good body mechanics, turning and leaning down into the serve, the ball may pass behind their head, but if the opponent can see, say the last 18cm of drop and the contact, the rest shouldn’t matter. Of course it would be good if a rule change also came with enforcement of the rules.

You are completely right but no solution ! some umpires has given point for bad services but was not the worst one..
The conclusion is that rule's services are not adapted to tennis table . Professional players work a lot to hide services.

    • @得不到的你
      @得不到的你 2 месяца назад

@@rodrigoangelo488 The first point is that referees and athletes sit vertically, and they often cannot judge whether a player's serve is compliant, but only act as scorers. Secondly, Wang Chuqin's serve was originally wandering around the edge of the rules, without particularly obvious obstruction of the serve, and the referee also had difficulty controlling the penalty scale. Third, this may be a conspiracy theory, which may not be credible. Many people on the Chinese Internet said that Liu Guoliang used his position in the ITTF to bribe the referee not to punish Wang Chuqin's serve. Still looking forward to 2025, the competition will be equipped with Hawkeye, and he can retire on the spot 🤣

Yes i agree many serves and the ball are behind their head!
But MORE sick in Handball 70% of the GOAL are overstep!
They standing with one fot in the goal sector and then shoot from 2 meter distance!
    The Worlds most incapable Referees!
The goalkeeper and the other player say nothing because they do the same!
But if the defender step over line they lost the ball.
But not Denmark vs Sweden in Olympic!
Therefore won Denmark over Sweden in Olympic Games 2024.

If everyone is using it, why is it illegal? The rule needs to be reversed so it is legal! That is the solution, not someone calling it out! Drugs used to be “ illegal “. Since everyone is using it, didn’t become “ LEGAL “ now? Be smarter and follow the leader!
