This is something I will be making. I think I’ll add slightly sautéed apples on top. Sweet crunchy. But don’t forget the croutons!

Just add to a blender and blend then add back to your pot to warm through and add the coconut cream.

When I made it, I scooped just enough of the veggies out to blend then added it back to the mixture. Perfecto
