Whoa! $10k bond! 30 days in jail! That judge meant business! So sorry to hear of his passing. Miami needs more judges like him instead of these softees who keep letting these loonies off with a not-so-firm warning!
There's a reason why you're standing in front of a judge in court, don't make light of it. Disrespect the court, pay the price, it's quite simple. 30 days in jail, I'm fairly sure she'll think twice next time...and that's the whole point, now isn't it.
Exactly it’s not funny disrespectful this person for 2 reasons (1) this man is a Judge in a courtroom and (2) this man is old enough to be her grandfather. My daughter got caught under age drinking at a beach she had to go to court never had gotten in trouble before. I already told her she was in enough trouble don’t make it worse and when she approached the bench it was YES SIR NO SIR when he ask her a question and he let her off with a warning.
"If the government decides something is illegal, then there must be a reason for it - a very serious respectable reason, so don't make light of it! Respect authority, it's the authority after all - it's simple. She'll think twiiiice before ever disrespecting authority again!
@@marwatson7408 "Exactly it’s not funny disrespectful this person for 2 reasons (1) this man is a Judge in a courtroom and (2) this man is old enough to be her grandfather." Well he doesn't deserve any more respect than any ordinary citizen of any average age for either of those 2 reasons - but what little he does, he's thrown away by acting like a manchild teenage girl while on duty; so no. And yes it is funny, she's hilarious. "My daughter got caught under age drinking at a beach she had to go to court never had gotten in trouble before. I already told her she was in enough trouble don’t make it worse and when she approached the bench it was YES SIR NO SIR" Did he find that hot "when he ask her a question and he let her off with a warning." So one question, what would've happened if she hadn't gone to court - there are situations where minors are detained for less; and on that: 1) Does one deserve less imprisonment and abduction as a minor for being a minor unable to make decisions, or 2) More abduction and imprisonment for being a minor and being in need of a really good lesson by a paternal smug authority figure who wants to hear yes sir right away sir So yeah you get threatened with abduction and imprisonment for "drinking" something that you can freely drink a few years later, or already now in some related country, and then instead of the oficers and judge apologizing to you for this "arbitrary" but "to their best current knowledge necessary measure to ensure statistical safety", they instead sit smug up there and demand respect and sucking up to them. It makes me want to throw up.

people like this always think they're so badass in court then they get the maximum sentence just for pissing the judge off. this is real life, going to jail doesnt make you cool
@The Cooch Eater Don't you think that for example the fine for this light crime is from 5K to 10K range. And if the Judge thinks that this person who did this light crime, understands that she is guilty, and will not do that anymore, he will give her a minimum required by law. But if, this person acts like she has no guilt, and takes everything for granted, and most probably will repeat this crime again in the future, of course the Judge considers it, and may apply the maximum punishment which he can apply by law. and after all this she insults him personally, which I believe is another law violation, which gives even more power to the Judge, considering that she is not controlled person anymore and you don't respect the norms of society, who can stop her then to do this kind of behavior with other people? You can be free, until your freedom does not cross the freedom of the other person.
@The Cooch Eater So once again, if you ingest a drug that makes you inadequate and even danger to the society, you may hurt or kill an innocent person by accident being in this drug state of mind, then you still have the right to ingest it? I belive no. Since you have to respect other people in the state, since you cross their freedom doing this kind of irresponsible actions. Wanna live in a society without laws or in a one that doesn’t respect them? Why not moving to some tribe countries with cannibalism? Or on some lonely island? Buy an island and do whatever you want. As long as you live with other people, please respect what these people have decided to be the law. Don’t like the law - make something to change it. But don’t just moan or offense in front of the judge, the man is just doing his job. Wanna change somehting - do something. Grow up. Be an adult.

Whoa!
@@marwatson7408 "Exactly it’s not funny disrespectful this person for 2 reasons (1) this man is a Judge in a courtroom and (2) this man is old enough to be her grandfather."
Well he doesn't deserve any more respect than any ordinary citizen of any average age for either of those 2 reasons - but what little he does, he's thrown away by acting like a manchild teenage girl while on duty; so no.
And yes it is funny, she's hilarious.
"My daughter got caught under age drinking at a beach she had to go to court never had gotten in trouble before. I already told her she was in enough trouble don’t make it worse and when she approached the bench it was YES SIR NO SIR"
Did he find that hot
"when he ask her a question and he let her off with a warning."
So one question, what would've happened if she hadn't gone to court - there are situations where minors are detained for less; and on that:
1) Does one deserve less imprisonment and abduction as a minor for being a minor unable to make decisions, or
2) More abduction and imprisonment for being a minor and being in need of a really good lesson by a paternal smug authority figure who wants to hear yes sir right away sir
So yeah you get threatened with abduction and imprisonment for "drinking" something that you can freely drink a few years later, or already now in some related country, and then instead of the oficers and judge apologizing to you for this "arbitrary" but "to their best current knowledge necessary measure to ensure statistical safety", they instead sit smug up there and demand respect and sucking up to them.
It makes me want to throw up.
