  • An Ohio magistrate has resigned after storming out of his Cincinnati courtroom and chasing down a woman, grabbing her shoulder. The magistrate was presiding over a trial when he heard a commotion coming from the hallway. It was the woman, and she was allegedly screaming at the top of her lungs because she had been told she was 30 minutes late to file court papers. Hamilton County Common Pleas Judge Michael Bachman walked out of his courtroom to see what was going on. #InsideEdition

well being disrespectful in court house keeps you in jail tho, didnt you hear the part where she was said to scream at the top of her lungs when things didnt go her way? and how she tries to run away and had to be stopped by the guards? Sure the judge action wasnt right? but so was hee action and they both face consequences

I want to know why a Deputy didn't stop her and issue her a citation for disorderly conduct or interfering with court proceedings. Even if they would have just intervened and had her go outside and calm down, none of that would have happened. Judge was wrong, but so was the entire court house detail for letting it continue enough to get to that point.

The other "court house detail" were not involved the judge was. You have to be a wise person to be a judge but this dude is a clown...HE LOST HIS JOB!

Did you not watch the video. The judge was doing everyone's job. The deputy was probably confused so he grabbed a mop because he thought it was a day where people switched roles.

She was out of ordee in the hallway. It took several deputies to handle her. And the one probably tried but you see how many it took to get her while she was fighting? Yeah the judge was out order and should sent the other deputies to see what the commotion was about.

@Holly Gonzalez but that wasn't at issue. The issue was the judge leaving the bench and THEN putting his hands on her like that. People causing hell in court will get handled....the judge needs to do his actual job.

Because this didn’t happened inside the courtroom it was outside therefore it doesn’t stand
