I have another issue ..neck , shoulder romboid. I'm yet to try your exercises on another video you made. I also have a pain in my inner elbow ( funny bone ) I don't think it's linked to you have videos in the elbow pain ? Thanks btw great content 👍👌
When I pull something with my arm or lift my arm up I sometimes get a pop in my shoulder blade that feels like an electric shock. What is causing this , started when I was at work.
It's been 9 months. Currently in the frozen stage. The lack of mobility is very frustrating but I will try the exercise for my stage. Thank you for this video 🙂.
It started with the inability to cross my arm across my body, so I saw a PT and that improved greatly. But now I think there’s fibrosis, because I cannot lift my arm overhead without helping it. So, using the rod to assist all those movements might be the key.
Kitty! Come back.❤ I’ve watched 100 videos, and this was one of the best ones. Straight to the topic, and way more exercises for the issue. Thank you so very much for sharing. ❤
I wish I had access to this video 12 years ago after my frayed supraspinatus tendon was reattached. My pain and reduced ROM have frustrated me to no end! I hope and pray that it isn't too late for these exercises to help. Thank you.
This is thankfully one problem I don't have! If I may make a suggestion. You did a video not long ago, about how weak glutes can lead to so many problems, and it honestly could have been a video about me. It's super helpful, and I was wondering if you have any more on this. I'm finding it challenging to isolate my glutes when I exercise, I keep tightening the back of the legs as well. Thanks in advance :)
Yes I think I'm going to do a video on the lateral glutes because they're so important. There's an exercise called single leg RDLs (without weights) that would probably help you because it stretches (and strengthened) the hamstring while strengthening the glute medius. I'm going away on holidays next week but I'll try to do a video on that soon
@@BodyFixExercises Whenever you do get around to it, it'll be much appreciated! All my problems are from having long Covid (VERY long... 2 years and counting) and being too exhausted to move for much of the past two years. So my muscle strength is all gone, and that's how all the problems started (joint pains mostly, exactly those you described in that previous video). In the meantime, have a lovely holiday!
I'm 44 y.o. Last year, I got a job that require me to work on laptop for hours and it's quite different from my previous job as field spv. So, one day I carry two bags of laptop in my left hand and swing it back to passenger seat as I entered my car. I heard sound of cracked in my shoulder. And started that day I feel pain in my left shoulder. I go to hospital and doctor suggest me to do exercise as in your video. I drinks coffee three glasses per day, is it true that too much coffe will cause the shoulder more "frozen" since my neighbour said that the caffein Will make the joint less lubricated. Thanks.
The first time I had a frozen shoulder I managed to recover in a few weeks. I knew it was a possibility that it could come back and so it has after 4-5 years. I'm doing the physio once again and whilst I have most of my mobility back there is still pain when I lift my arm into certain positions. I think I'm slowly getting better, but it's quite frustrating how slow the recovery is compared to the first time. I wish I had continued strength exercises on the joint in the last few years, it might have stopped the injury returning.
The last research and theories behind frozen shoulder is that they are an autoimmune issue, so it may not have helped prevent it anyway. But either way, you will certainly recover more quickly is your shoulder is strong and functioning well
@@BodyFixExercisesAre there any ways to prevent a frozen shoulder? I had it once when I was 20 and the other side at about 27 (current) and I don’t want to deal with this ever again!
How do I know what stage my shoulder is in? And depending what stage it is, would you not recommend doing some of the exercise? Say for example, if I'm in the freezing stage (been there for about 5 months), would I only do the arm dangle exercise? I have been doing some of the other ones already, thank you very much

If it's in the hip check this out... ruclips.net/video/Q48eY3VlQF4/видео.html If it's higher check this out... ruclips.net/video/t5CUHsXmOf8/видео.html And I have a scoliosis video that includes exercises for lumbar scoliosis
Hey mate I know you live in Barcelona (you mentioned in another videos comments section). Do you still see patients in practice or are you only making videos these days?
Hi I’m not sure if I have that but when I tried to lift my arm to get something from kitchen cabinets or closets my underarm is painful and stiff it’s so painful when I tried to brush my hair 😢
First stage the pain and restriction is getting worse. Second the pain reduces but restriction stays. Third, the restriction starts to get better. The key is to reduce the inflammation as much as possible in the first stage because the inflammation causes the capsule to contract and restrict your movement. So a cortisone shot can help if you get in early early enough
How long have you had Frozen Shoulder? 😬
Only 3 months & that's 3 months too long !!
Discomfort sometimes is over the top = ugh...

Thank you for the tip to manually move the humeral head back into the joint. That's hugely helpful.
Thanks, I know who to send this one to!

Hey! Thanks very much for the Super Thanks! You're very kind!
@@BodyFixExercises You’re so direct and no rambling. I did these and am integrating them To my routine to restore ROM.
Been dealing with shoulder issues in both for years and the only help I’ve had from doctor is. To be given pain tablets.Hopefully this can help.

1st video to make sense! Will do these twice a day
👍🙌

I'm no expert on the dietary aspect of things but I wouldn't be worried about three cups of coffee a day. Enjoy your coffee

I had it in both shoulders in the past 3years still not re night it’s a dreadful thing to have 😞😞
Both! Yikes. How terrible! I have a new video out this week on how to regain full mobility in the final stages. Hope that helps
