If we're talking Graphics, 5 has better resolutions, a (under normal circumstances) better lighting system, and higher poly models for things like Spartans and guns.
*HOWEVER*
Aesthetically Reach trumps it IMO, due to it having confidence in the Player's abilities to be able to notice a bright red Spartan III hiding in a shadowy corner, consistent art style of "Combat Evolved but Gritty," and better *application* of their lighting system.
I like reaches look much better I thibk its gorgeous and the style is just perfect for my taste. But halo 5 is a more beautiful game if we are talking graphics-graphics
