So real question...with the Swift driver and trainer...who is liable? (or a better question would be what is the fault split?)
In my mind, the trainer in this case should be liable. He should be able to properly spot for the driver, and he did not do so. Especially in a trainer/trainee situation, one would assume as the driver, "my trainer won't let me hit anything, if he is standing in the shade just watching, I must be doing ok". However a counter argument would be that when you are behind the wheel you are the one in charge. I don't agree with that counter argument, very few trainees will get out and look if their trainer is spotting for them. I am interested in what the real answer to your question could be

Well, it's the last day of the month and it's Tuesday (which isn't a normal day of upload here) and there were numbers before each clip. But the answer to your question is technically YES these are reposted. But instead of naming the video TOP 8 boneheads of April I guess Ike thought we viewers would be smart enough to figure it out. Guess some of us aren't.

No it should go much further than just losing his CDL. He should be charged with attempted murder. He used a tractor trailer as a weapon to intentionally cause another driver to wreck knowing that because the other driver was in a semi meant that most likely it would flip or roll and potentially kill them.
Stupid Bonehead trainer just stood there and watched his student back into that truck. I'm gonna call in to Swift and get that trainer fired, cause I got him on dash cam, and he was doing nothing the help his student.

It’s getting more and more embarrassing for me to pull an amazon trailer every day! I watched raji try to park a trailer for 25 minutes today. Wtf is going on in this country. Not all of us are bad drivers. But the boneheads are ruining it for the rest of us! And “real truckers don’t wear flip flops!!!!”
