His proportions really hit well.. size of his head, size of his feet and hands. He looks really good.. like better than the usual marvel legends for sure, they put some time into this guy. Limits to the articulation sucks but what can you do, definitely a good pick up though. Really like the silver they used, very good paint. Love the photos at the end btw, stepping your game up lately big time!
I was super disappointed that this came with web effects in place of wall crawling hands. If they felt that they had to gimp one figure in the wave in terms of hands, why not the Black Suit's thwip hands? Most people associate that costume with the symbiote version over the cloth one anyway. As for other Spider Suits I'd like to see, I'd like to see an Armored Spider-Man based more off its comic design(this one is more based off the PS4 game), and I'd love it if they made a figure of the Purple Reign suit from the Miles game.

Don't make a damn bit of sense, but that's Hasbro. This will have to be the placeholder until they make a brand new mold for a comic version, circa 2027.

I've seen other reviewers point out that this look is more accurate to the PS4 game than the actual comics, and that's probably why it's more in scale with other Gamerverse figures. I hope they redo Superior Spider-Man, Big Time Spider-Man, and Future Foundation Spider-Man on the new retro body.

So happy to finally have this design in figure form. This clearly being a Gamerverse designed figure repackaged as the comics version doesn't bother me too much cuz the Game design was extremely close to the comics. Saw this at Target and passed on it. This spidey looks pretty decent but it definitely lacks in articulation and accessories, not really worth $23 bucks for me. I'll definitely pick him up if there's a discount in the future.
This figure pisses me the fudge off, how in their right mind could hasbro take this obvious gamerverse vesion of the character, give it the whole new sculpting treatment, and then put it it on the retro card, when they should have done the actual classic Spider-Armor MK 1 from the comics and cartoon!? This design might be close to it is terms of the details, but it lacks the silhouette, the bulkier, beefier statue this suit should have, and the very pronounced shoulder pads. And since they did this version, that nearly eliminates the chances of a classics version being made with same love and care anytime soon! Screw this Figure! Terrible, Ridiculous, I won’t stand for it!
