The Sniper is gonna have a hard time with this game's render distance ngl.
I feel that personally. I play sniper in Phantom Forces (roblox fps game) and guess what. I was on the highest crane just to realise I cant see my opponent because my pc cant handle that far. I feel that guy personally

@@NBE-02 there is no gta myths without someone (or some people) making up stuff they claim they saw, which kinda makes it more fun to explore that specific area for some secrets.
They better be things you can find in free roam not lame little cameos in missions such as Bigfoot in GTA 5. Stuff more like the Jolene ghost.

I've been to the location numerous times and i got everything observed:
1. I went first to the Mendez building by Hunter chopper, on each floor i don't see the shooter himself around, even hear the sniper gunshot, same thing on the roof.
2. even when I'm on the streets of Hyman stadium and Mendez building, i don't see any reactions from the peds that are running away from the sound or being shot by the shooter from the top of the buildings. same applies to Vic himself.
3. although due to the game's draw distance, it's hard to spot the shooter so i dont think the myth will be true.

Speaking of this, a friend told me about some zombie on a downtown rooftop that chases you. I fell for it and searched. No such theory exists online. Quite a wicked burn.
Nice video, I think this is a case of when our meet something impossible to explain and panicky searches for the most reasonable scenario to put itself at ease.

it would make more sense of there was a sniper in one of the main missions, more specifically during the final mission, the spot at 9:55 looks like a perfect spot for an npc with a long range weapon and that the player would have to hide behind the walls to avoid getting shot?...though i never bothered to pay attention outside so I'm not sure if there was anything like that...plus i think Npcs having sniper rifles would be extremely difficult for the players since they would have perfect accuracy and easily kill the players (one example being that mission in gta sa where you had to steal that one truck for the truth...those npcs with the country rifles were so annoying to deal with lol)
overall, i doubt that this myth is true...not sure why it even popped out out of nowhere
If this was GTA VI/V I would believe that a sniper was true. And yeah, you are right.

This is also where last mission takes place on this roof but there's something really creepy about this roof even I missed details wen I first finished this game is only wen I finished over a million times I actually started noticing this maybe hunted but I don't exactly why if anyone answer this question I'd really appreciate it thanks
