Yes! Try the spaghetti and tuna because I just made it and it’s actually my first time cooking an actual meal yk. And no cap it came out pretty well and the taste is amazing!

I've got 30 CANS of real tuna, Toddsmadein Americaonly. No oils, and who knows what kind of water in it. Nothing added. Caught in Oregon. Expensive but filet mignon of tuna albacore. I needed new recipes. Thanks🐟🐟🐟

Or another one I like to make is, add one or two cans of tuna in brine (strained)to a home made white sauce and poor over a jacket potato , very filling

My favorite way to use canned tuna is to make a tuna salad much like the one shown here and add finely chopped cucumber, skip the bread and use large romaine lettuce hearts as lettuce wraps.

Great tip: use (low fat) intead of mayo. It's still great, but it's waaaay healthier.

@@fishedhook2697 I wasn't saying it directly causes it, fat is more calorie dense than most other foods and if you are taking too many calories then it will make you obese, but fat itself isn't inherently unhealthy, at least that's what I've heard

I have the same question
Yeah you can honestly use any flour, just make sure it measures similarly ro this type. I recently made these with regular flour because I don't have oats and ran out of almond flour. But they'll all work. I'd reccomend putting some on your hands like if you were baking.... the patties can be very sticky and a pain in the ass. Especially if you dont strain the tuna which I overlooked haha.

Pro tip put lemon in the first one.
Oh no... Not a tuna sammich without picklle.... Must add lots of diced crunchy dill. Also try adding grated carrot... So good.
