This top is really cute. I love your tutorials. I really like when you repeat, instead of showing one side only. It helps me learn, and I don't mind if the video is a little longer. Saves me from going back hundreds of times the first time I try a new pattern. :)
@@EdgewaterAve I think the videos that only have partial instruction is better for an advertisement and a full length video for those that have purchased your pattern is the way to go.

I was wondering if maybe you had recommendations for beginners... i found a serger for under $100 (older model but still works) what would your recommendation be between buying the serger vs a sewing machine for someone who is most interested in making bathing suits?
I'd say start out with a sewing machine- for some styles you'll need it! Then if you like sewing swimwear and you want to upgrade, add a serger later on. But a regular machine is much more versatile and practical for a first machine!
