I used to do Tae Kwon Do. Not a bad system. Practical, but only if you can time their specialized kicks at the right distance with precision and power. Now I do Muay Thai which is more brutal and rough, but I will always maintain that agility and flexibility conditioning that the TKD system gave me thus combining the absolute best of both. Oh and did I mention I am into WingChun as well? Don't even get me started... !!
